We booked Photoworks at the Santa Clara Bridal Expo earlier this year, they had a special bridal show price and I was hoping to do something different at my wedding so I thought I'd squeeze it into the budget. IT WAS SOOOO WORTH IT! We just had our wedding at the Chaminade Resort and Spa in Santa Cruz. Photoworks customer service was awesome. Weeks before the wedding they contacted me to choose a pattern for the photo strips and just to touch base. They confirmed the time the week of the wedding and arrived to the Chaminade and had everything set up before the guests arrived. As soon as my guests entered the reception room they got into the booth and there was a mile long line all night long. EVERYONE got in the booth! I absolutely loved getting the guest book that everyone signed and put strips of pictures in, it was a nice leather book with a few blank pages for us to make our own pages with. The best part was getting a little zip drive with ALL the photos taken that night on it (even the ones that people didn't want anyone to see :) I was able to take the pictures from the zip drive and send them via email or facebook to some of my guests, they really appreciated having a soft copy of their photos! I highly recommend this company for any large events, you won't regret it! read more

My mom booked a photo booth for our wedding with Photoworks as a surprise, and it was quite the hit with our guests! Photoworks were very professional and easy to work with. They ensured that everything ran smoothly during our event, and helped guests to decorate pages of our photo album. The album is a great keepsake from our wedding, and it was a lot of fun for our guests as well. Great idea for a wedding! read more

We had Photoworks at our wedding, and the staff was super friendly and our guests loved the booth. We got copies of the pics and they were awesome, What happens in the photobooth doesnt stay in the booth! LOL great company, very friendly, definetly recommend them for your next event. read more

Had them at my wedding and they were a big hit!! So many people kept coming up to me and telling me how they have never seen a photobooth at a wedding and how they had soo much fun. They have props and even a scrapbooking table! And after the wedding we got a USB of all the pictures to keep! So we got to see all of the pictures. And we can even print out more! I would definitely recommend them! They are definitely worth every penny!! :) read more

They did an awesome job at our wedding. We used this as our wedding favors and our guest enjoyed it very much. What our guest didn't know is that we got a copy of all the photos taken during the night... Now imagine drunk wedding guest behind the photobooth? We have so many blackmail photos of people making out, people flashing the camera and mooning the camera... hehe read more

PhotoWorks provided the photo booth at our October wedding in San Jose. We chose them over others based on stellar reviews and recommendations. They lived up to our expectations and provided a wonderful experience for our guests and a great keepsake photo album/scrapbook for us. There were two attendants helping guests and both were very helpful and did an excellent job. The only negative of working with PhotoWorks happened at the end of the night when the take-down crew came to take the booth away - They refused to wait a minute when asked and exited directly behind us in the middle of the lined up guests waving sparklers. However, despite the minor snafu at the end of the night, all of the guests loved the booth and the two attendants that were there that night were incredibly helpful. We would definitely recommend Photoworks Interactive for anyone planning a special event. read more

I recently stumbled on to Photoworks Interactive after a small SNAFU left me without an intended photobooth for my daughter's bat mitzvah. They stepped in, got me a machine, and made the whole process of securing the booth so easy, and all of it within ten days or less of my event! The machine worked perfectly on the day of, the pics looked great, and the attendant was very professional and nice. Thank you once again Photoworks Interactive! read more

We have used Photoworks Interactive for our office holiday party the last two years running and our clients already look forward to it every year. Its a blast and a great momento to have following an event. The staff is very professional and once you sign the contract the rest is in their hands. I just showed up at the party and they were there. I would highly recommend this for any company event or party - its a blast! read more

We had a photobooth at our wedding at Nestldown in July- and it was worth every penny! We had the booth for 8 hours with an attendant, plus received a finished guestbook at the end of the night. The photos alone are priceless. It was easy to book, it all showed up on time and was a huge hit with the guests. Definitely recommended! read more

I'm so glad we chose Photoworks for our wedding reception in October. Who doesn't love a photobooth?! Our guests loved it, of course! The scrapbook turned our GORGEOUS! and hilarious. I highly recommend it if you can spend the extra cash. Everyone at Photoworks is easy to work with, friendly, helpful, and very professional. I took off a star because we did not get double prints as mentioned in some previous comments and I was sort of expecting that, as were my guests. As a result, many of our guests didn't want to provide their pictures in the scrapbook because they wanted a keepsake and the techs did not inform everyone that we would get a digital copy to share with them. I understand they may not want to say this in case the bride and groom get bombarded with people asking for their photos, but that's why we thought there would be 2 copies, and we don't mind e-mailing them out at all...whatever makes for a more complete scrapbook. They do not offer an idle time FYI. Not taking off a point for that, just info if you are trying to plan what time to have your booth available. Make sure you get yourself in there! My husband and I got in early on, thank goodness, but the lines get crazy because it's so fun :) You could go with someone cheaper, but I promise you you get what you pay for!! read more

This was such a great decision to have at our reception...everyone loved it...get the scrapbook!!! Worth every penny!!! Great, friendly staff!!! read more

We rented a photobooth from Photoworks for our June 2008 wedding. I really liked their stylish, classy, fun photobooth! We also liked the attendants who worked with us on the day of - they were friendly and tried to make sure all guests made it into the photobooth at least once! I am taking 1 star off because there was poor communication in regards to our "custom logo." I sent along an example I had found online to demonstrate placement that what we wanted, but instead they used the online example for the logo (it was clear in my email that the attachment was an EXAMPLE too). However, when I called Photoworks afterwards to explain the problem, Paul, the President, explained that there should have been follow-up and confirmation about the custom logo, which didn't happen. They refunded part of the fee for the custom logo. I found Paul and Lisa from Photoworks friendly as well, though sometimes the heavy sales talk from Paul was a turn-off. Lisa was helpful in working with my budget. I recommend this company and their product, but just be proactive about your communication (esp. during peak wedding season) and be prepared for lots of sales talk :) read more

I can't say enough good things about these people. There I was planning a high school reunion and in the days before my photographer falls through so I get this idea - what about those vintage photobooths? I go from "quote please" to - "hmmmmm sounds expensive but WHAT a value" to "WHAT A TOTALLY COOL ADDITION"! It totally stole the show. It became a centerpiece to our event! People are STILL talking about it! I still hired a shooter for some candids pics dancing and dining, but the Booth!!! WOWOWOW! And the "Booth Attendant" was a hottie and WOOT was HE in Cougar Country with us and very nice about things when Barb and I grabbed him and pulled him in to "accompany" us. The owner was there at delivery and at the wrap and helped up set up and even relocated the booth once it was apparent I'd decided on the wrong spot. I had to rally folks a few times from the dance floor to get them IN the booth and at "last cal" Booth Boy was fair and accommodating to the laggards. Wonderful payment process that did not hang me up in downloads and file conversions and did not rip me off either or make me stare at my receipt. It was top notch quality of product, service and performance. My only regret was NOT to get the props as I was afeared my classmates might destroy them with 2 open bars that night, but all was well and we STILL had fun and its been a blast on FaceBook ever since to post and re-post these nutty pics and make a "Black Tie Optional" event a total crack-up. People are using them for their profile pics! Crazy! And that I had the hard drive copy at the end of the night...whooohoooo!!!! We had FUN! Thank you!!!! read more

Photoworks Interactive - Our Principal and his wife even had a blast! The great educator and magnet for fun Dr. Herman Ohme and wife Jean! - Photo Booth Rentals Near Me - Campbell, California

As Good As It Gets - We requested the services of Photoworks Interactive for our wedding (Oct-2015). As there's so much to juggle during a wedding, Photoworks was easy to coordinate and work with. As they're familiar with pretty much every venue around, they knew where to be, how to set up and we just enjoyed the booth with our wedding attendees. Our family and friends loved the booth and everyone enjoyed a session or two through the evening. I was glad to share about our experience with Photoworks. Glad we made the right decision! read more

Photoworks did an amazing job at our wedding!!! They had a line almost our whole wedding haha. Paul and Kirk were amazing; Nothing but friendly, patient, and professional. I had a hard time finding a perfect color to go with my theme and setup frame, but Paul and Kathleen were very patient with me. I really wish I got more pictures in there, but my guests definitely had a great time at their booth. Thank you so much Paul and team at Photoworks Interactive!!! read more

I booked a photo booth for a 125 person company party! They were great to work with. Allison called me back when she said she would, sent over detailed info and followed up in the most professional manner. The day of the event, the person running the booth was friendly and set up very nicely. The quality of the props, machine and pictures were all great and it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use them again. read more

We used Photo Works for a Holiday Work Party, and it was awesome! It was hard to get people out of it! It's really great entertainment, people get to keep their pictures & they had great service. The guys that came to set it up were also very nice and they even seemed to enjoy the party! I would recommend 1000 times over! My only suggestion is having a bigger booth option, if we did this again next year I would be like to fit at least comfortably 5-6 people. read more

Hired PI for my wife's 60th birthday party, and were we ever glad we did! Paul did an amazing job setting up, tearing down and making all the party guests feel comfortable enough to participate. The prop selection was top notch. Everyone we invited commented on how fun and well run the photo booth was. Highly recommend PI for you next party. And do yourself a favor and get the scrapbook. What an amazing keepsake from our special event. read more

We are so happy we used Photoworks Interactive for our wedding Photo Booth! Everyone had such an amazing time using the booth at our wedding. Our technician, Scott, was so nice and helpful and really made the Photo Booth a fun experience for our guests. He was so friendly and professional to everyone! My two young cousins (10 years old) who were our Junior Bridesmaids must have gone in the Photo Booth at least 10 times and it really was the highlight of their night. Scott was so sweet and patient with them which was really appreciated! PWI let us customize our own graphics so that the printed photo strip matched our wedding invites which was a really cute detail. After the wedding, PWI gave us a scrapbook where guests had created their own customized page for us, kinda like a guestbook. This is such a special thing to have and we will cherish it forever. They also gave us a thumb drive with everyones pictures on it, which has been VERY entertaining to look at :) I would highly recommend using PWI for any wedding or event! read more

I hired Photoworks Interactive for my husband's 50th Birthday Bash. They were EARLY, professional, and really MADE his party. The staff was GREAT! I would recommend them to anyone having an event....your guests have a blast, and you and your guests get photo memories. What a great service. Thank you! read more

Everything went so well! We got a little concerned since our wedding was outside and weren't too sure how everything was going to work out but then I found out that the owner actually personally came to deliver the photo booth and make sure it got set up properly for our special day. I was so impressed! The attendants were also very helpful. I had my nephew and we couldn't reach the hats at the top of the photo booth and he came and lifted up my nephew for him to pick a hat, lol, then (my nephew is only 3) my nephew accidentally "let one loose" right in front of his face and the attendant was still really nice and we had a good laugh! The pictures came out wonderful and was a huge it. Very impressed with Photoworks Interactive! read more

Our first exposure to Photo Works was at a neighbors wedding 3 years ago and they were awesome. I grabbed a card back then and in October 2014 we hosted a retirement party for my husband and hired Photo Works. They were off the hook excellent, everyone visiting the booth had a blast! And at the end of our party we had a beautiful scrap book photo album provided by Photo Works. The staff at the booth were friendly helpful and fun! No doubt at all we will use their services again. Highly recommend them! read more

I own one of this company's photobooths. It needs servicing before I can use it again, and I need a first time orientation going over how to use the photobooth. I have called them 3 times, and emailed over 7 times and cannot get anyone to help me with the machine. Currently it's just a giant paperweight in my living room. read more

Photoworks did a great job at our school event! The Photo Booth looked great, they had great props, a friendly attendant (Kirk) that helped the kids and great photo quality! We look forward to using them again! read more

Photoworks Interactive was just amazing for my daughter's wedding reception at Los Gatos Opera House in July. When we hired them, we thought it would be a fun added extra. It ended up being almost as popular as the open bar! We thought the props idea was a little corny and "carnivalish" for an elegant wedding reception, but it turned out the pictures taken without the props were hohum boring, and the pictures with the props were the best. Our senior, 80 year old plus guests even had a blast using those props! I heard so many unmarried adults say that they would "for sure" want to use Photoworks Interactive at their wedding. Their service is well worth the money! read more

went to a wedding this weekend and photoworks interactive had a booth set up with really cool props for all the guest to take pictures at and then a table to decorate a scrap book page. The people at the table were very helpful and i will definitely be calling them for future functions. read more

Be careful with Paul. He was very attentive when he wanted my business but after the wedding I couldn't get a phone call back from him. If you're scheduling a booth for pure intertainment for your event - it's great. If you're doing a wedding and want the photo book they promise you - forget it!! My book had FOUR pages. The girl they sent moved our table to a corner because she said she was cold. The guests had no idea that part of their photo went into the book for the bride and groom. It's been a year and a half and i've sent several emails and left voice messages. Paul emails me back saying he'll "get back to me" and he never does. read more

Photoworks had a booth at a wedding I attended back in July. We all enjoyed the fun pictures we took and kept as memoirs of the event. This last April I decided to have a photobooth at a client event we hosted and called on Photoworks. Again it was a great success. Photoworks is very professional, thorough, detailed and all went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them for your next event! read more

I was so thrilled with Photoworks at our wedding! I had to beg my husband to let us "splurge" on this and afterwards, he was SO grateful that I twisted his arm - it was SUCH a hit! We had over 300 guests and we were so wonderfully surprised with how many of them took pictures - even 70 year olds plus! The attendants were just fabulous, even tracking me down three times until my husband and I got our own pictures done - we would have been heartbroken if we had missed the opportunity in all of the reception craziness - and I'm sure we would have if the attendants didn't make it happen! Of all the photo booth companies I looked at, Photoworks was my favorite because the booths themselves were really cute and almost retro-looking - loved that you could do color OR black and white...and, I liked their format best - 4 poses/3 copies - that way, one stays in our book and the guests get two copies (plus, you get copies of ALL the pics later on a disc, so you'll be sure to see every pic that was taken, not just the ones tha ended up in the book!). Also, the custom graphics are really cute - and I loved that they used a blue curtain to go with our colors, rather than the standard red. The best part was that we got to take the finished photo book home with us that very night - we had so much fun looking at everyone's pictures/pages the next morning at breakfast! EVERY wedding should have a photo booth!!! read more

We recently used Photoworks for my daughter's wedding reception. It was a HIT!!! The guests had more fun with the booth, props, cramming 6 people in for photos, and on. I loved the fact that the guests could take photos with them and then the 2 reps put together an amazing scrapbook ready for viewing upon reception's end. What a GREAT job they did! I would recommend Photoworks to anyone and will use them again for my next daughter is getting married in 10 months. read more

In fall 2012 I attended a wedding with a photo booth from Photoworks. This was a new idea to me but what I really fell in love with was the scrapbooking aspect. Once I got the contact information I created an event in order to experience the fun for myself!! After more than a year in planning, my partner and I celebrated our 20th anniversary with a party complete with photo booth. The staff member, Scott, was incredibly efficient in setting up the booth and we were able to add our own photo-worthy accents for people to try on along with the ones brought by the company. He was also very helpful to the guests who wanted to scrapbook but were creatively intimidated. Much to my surprise, when he presented the book at the end of the event he had used the photos my partner and I took at the start to create an opening page. It was fabulous!! We also paid the $75 additional cost (totally worth it) so 2 copies of each session were printed. This way guests could have one to take home and one to scrap. And of course there are many that didn't get scrapped but not to worry, also that night we received a thumb drive with all the photos. Can't wait to finish the album and add all our other photos and memories!! read more

The photo booth was amazing. PhotoWorks interactive provided us with a photo booth for our Wedding and it was a memorable experience. Everyone enjoyed it and being able to have photos immediately was fun to look at. This is also a great idea for party favors. They provide you with things to have an art and craft area for the pages for the scrapbook. At the end of the wedding you receive the scrapbook and all the pictures that were taken in the photo booth. The staff we had at our wedding was Ethan and Paul. They were friendly and professional. They did an amazing job. read more

Photoworks was amazing. They came off of a vendor list and could not be more happy with their services. The owner was quick to respond an even gave us a little tour of how things are done, their services and props. We had NO problem with delivery/pick-up of the booth, no technical errors and was the hit of our wedding! The scrapbook they create for you at the end was absolutely awesome as well. We could not be happier and would recommend them for your party/wedding/event. Thank you! read more

I recently used Photoworks to provide a photobooth for my retirement party. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. The order process was very easy and the Photoworks employees were very helpful and kind. (Every one of them!) Alison followed through on everything promptly and the product was outstanding. Matt came with the photobooth and was extremely accommodating. He was great with all the guests and the kids enjoyed his personality. My keepsake album is amazing and a cherished item in my house. (I would save it in a fire! lol) I would use Photoworks again in a heartbeat and recommend them to everyone! read more

I used Photoworks to entertain my guests & memorialize my 40th. They recommended I research other vendors before making my decision. There were no pressure tactics. You definitely get what you pay for... They offered me a discount bases upon their relationship with the venue where my event was held and I really appreciated it! They sent a great looking photo booth along with a second one just in case anything went wrong. Two reps attended the event to assist my guests with the booth and creating pages for the scrapbook. They brought all kinds if great props to pose with. At the end of the night the reps gave me a hug, told me happy birthday & presented me with a very class photo album. They even created a page wishing me the best on my special day. I was so surprised at the quality of the leather bound album. I was beautiful. I would definitely use Photoworks for future events. It was fun and entertaining for all age groups and everyone went home with their own set of pics. read more

We had wanted to rent a photobooth for our high school reunion but were on a limited budget. Photoworks worked with us with a great price and create ideas on how to fund our booth. All communication with Photoworks was clear and informative. They created graphics for our event that was perfect. The booth was delivered early and the personnel we worked with were all very professional. They brought great props and our guests had a great time using the booth. I knew it would be fun to have the photobooth at our wedding reception - but I had NO IDEA what a HUGE HIT it would be. There was a line for the booth all evening. All of our guests had so much fun with it - from the 3yr olds to the 75yr olds. The photoworks staff were terrific - they were professional and fun. I LOVE the scrapbook - it was great receiving the scrapbook right away - I have looked through it everyday this week. I highly recommend photoworks for any event - wedding, family reunion, work event etc. It adds a different/fun element to the party. read more
