Paul, the owner, reached out to me immediately and offered to send over 2 copies of each photo with the corrected name spelling. Their response time was prompt and I appreciate that they took action to correct the mistake. I'll be mailing these alongside the Thank You cards so guests have the correct photos. read more

Our photo booth was highly recommended by Olivia, one of the wedding planners at Saratoga Springs, and she wasn't wrong. The props were fun and plentiful, the customer service was outstanding, and our guests absolutely loved it. It added so much energy to the reception and gave everyone a chance to be silly, make memories, and take home a keepsake. Couldn't have asked for a better experience--highly recommend! read more

We used Photoworks for a recent company event. Paul was communicative and friendly and there were no issues with arriving on time at our San Francisco location. We used another vendor for a previous event and those photos came out small and blurry. Photoworks clearly offers a higher quality photo. Additionally, our event was on a Saturday evening and by the following Monday morning, Paul had already emailed us all of the digital prints. Each person also got a paper hardcopy of the photo at the event in real time. We had access to the photobooth for a 4-hour block of time which was plenty for our small group of 40 people. Paul also comes ready with the backdrop and a variety of silly props. You won't need to bring or prepare anything - he brings it all. We will definitely use Photoworks again in the future! read more

We used PhotoWorks for our wedding thru our wedding venue and it was phenomenal. They worked with our venue to easily signup and setup with little work on our end besides signing a form and providing payment. Our guests absolutely loved the photos and particularly loved all the props and hats they provided. My coworker still has photos from the photo booth in his cubicle at the office. I would absolutely recommend having them at your wedding or event. The photos are fun, myself and my wife had a great time taking some, and at the end you get a collection of all the photos taken and you get to see all your guests having a great time themselves. read more

We have used this service a few times now and have always been pleased. We were signed up for a closed up photo booth but for some reason they sent me a hosted open air photo Booth. We Quickly identified the issue and the owner (Paul) offered the event for free if we didn't like it. At the end of the night the goofy hats and fun accessories won us over. Joy was perfect with our 5th graders and encouraged our adult volunteers to participate as well. Turn around time was also fast! At the end of the day we had fun photos of the kids and a great give away with the custom design for each kid. I loved that the kids really got into it. Thank you all! Fantastic job! read more

We booked Photoworks Interactive for our wedding at Saratoga Springs and were not disappointed. We loved working together to create our photo strip template. We stuck with a white backdrop to ensure our guest POPPED. One thing I wish I told them was to help us put each photo strip into our photo book because some of our guest didn't. That's alright though because we have the digital copies which were provided to us within 24 hours. Thank you Photoworks! read more

We used PhotoWorks for our wedding and it was fantastic! A lot of options for props and they work with you to create the look of the photo strips. They are also very responsive and punctual. Everything was set up and ready to go for our guests to start taking pictures. The photo quality was great and we also received digital copies. Everyone had a great time! read more

We booked Photoworks Interactive for our wedding on Labor Day weekend 2023. Paul and staff were great to work with, and our guests expressed how great their experiences were with the photobooth and staff. PAUL KADILLAK does an incredible job creating fun and excitement. It's the spot where everyone at a party goes to gather, make faces, put on his huge variety of photo accessories and take with them home for lasting memories of a great time, while leaving a copy for the host to enjoy too. It was a joy working with Paul & Photoworks Interactive! We used them to provide an open air photo booth for our outdoor wedding. They were knowledgable, professional, responsive, and experienced. Guest were excited to receive both high quality physical prints and digital copies of their photos. If I ever need another photo booth, I would happily use Photoworks again! read more

We had the open-air photobooth at our wedding, and it was a massive hit with our guests. There seemed to always be someone taking pictures at the booth, or even a long line! Everyone was asking how we found this photobooth. We also really appreciated how professional and positive the staff was. They worked with us to make sure the photo design was exactly what we wanted, and it was so nice to get the huge zip file of all of the memories the day right after the wedding. Dear Paul at Photoworks, Thank you SO much for providing one of your Photo Booths for the Club One Santana Row Yelp* Elite Event. The 20 minutes that I spent in line to get to the front were worth it, because the quality of the images were spectacular! I love the fun logo in the center too! We had them at our wedding in July 2010. My guests had fun and they could take their pictures home as a wedding favor. They gave us a memorable scrapbook (with pictures and written wedding wishes from guests) right after the wedding reception was over. We got all the pictures, even if the guests didn't put it in the scrapbook. They were easy to book and we got a discount from the bridal faire. What really pissed me off, though, was that they didn't let my 73 year old parents take a picture at the end of the night. Come on! My parents waited til the end of the night because the lines were hella long, but geez.... why turn down the parents of the bride??? Just ONE PIC??? They let a couple of kids (the same kids, btw) take 100 pictures all night but not one picture for my parents??? I wish my parents told me that when it happened. I think they should give priority to the bridal party and parents . I also think they should limit the little kids who go in the booth. I was really upset to see the same picture of a little kid(s) over and over in the scrapbook. I totally recommend having a photobooth at your wedding. You should just look for another company. If you want to stick with Photoworks Interactive, MAKE SURE you tell them who to prioritize. read more

We used Photoworks Interactive one year ago (June 2013) at our wedding reception. After searching long and hard for a photo booth company, I settled on Photoworks Interactive because their quality of photos impressed me and the location was close by our venue site. They were pricier than other companies we had looked at, but I figured "You get what you pay for." The employees there were very friendly and knowledgeable. Allison, Paul and Ryan were great and I felt really happy about hiring this company, especially since they have a back-up photo booth in the truck at the event, in case one machine breaks down. Months before the wedding, their tech guy Ryan helped me design the photo background and I loved the way everything looked. Emails and contracts were sent and signed smoothly; everything was well-organized. I excitedly told all my friends to make sure they went to the photo booth at the reception because I knew they would love the photos. We didn't want the scrapbook option but opted for double prints of all the photos that would be taken. One for our guests to keep, one for us. All this was specified in our contract. Fast forward to our wedding reception. I noticed that the line to the photo booth was always very long and slow-moving. When I asked my friends if they had visited the booth, many of them said the line was too long and didn't seem to be moving. The guy who was operating the booth was great though--he was very friendly and when he'd see people in our bridal party, he would let them go to the front of the line. At the end of the night as our guests were leaving and we were packing up, I asked the booth attendant for our double prints. He seemed confused by this but I didn't make a big deal about it since I figured they could always print me extra prints and send them to me later. He handed me a flash drive of all the photos and we went on our merry way. That weekend we looked at the photos and laughed as we looked at all our friends' funny poses, but thought, "Why are there so few photos?" A few days later, Paul called me and said that he would print out the double prints and mail them out to me. Then he informed me that somehow in the last 45 minutes of our reception, their hard drive had stopped saving photos and there was no way to get them back. THEY LOST OUR PHOTOS! I was in shock. Not only did they flub up the night by not printing out double prints as they should have, but now they had no record of them! Had they checked the contract, they would have printed the double prints and then if the hard drive crashed, at least we would have the printed copies. Not only that, but the photos did not look the way we had agreed. In our initial agreement, we had specified the red curtains to match with the roses on the photo. At the reception, the curtains were an awful light blue, that totally made the photos look like a cheap circus/carnival photo. We also soon discovered that the amount of guests who were able to TAKE PHOTOS was considerably less than what was promised. When I first signed the contract, their sales pitch was that they'd be able to take "UNLIMITED PHOTOS" that averaged "ONE MINUTE 12 SECONDS EACH" but in reality, our 4 hour rental netted 91 photos, not including those that were lost in the last 30 minutes of the night. This translates to about 23 photos per hour. Based on what we paid, this equates to about $12.10 PER PHOTO. Paul said he would check the hard drive and get back to me the next day. He never called back. Instead, I received an email saying he had a long distance call at that time and to inform him of my availability. ?!?! Later I was told that in the contract, in the event of machine malfunctions, there would be a refund of $150. We felt like the company paid us as little as they could to calm the waters. We lost all the photos in the busiest time of our reception and yet we still have to end up paying $10 for each photo?! Every time we look at our photos now (the ones they actually HAD, with the tacky blue curtains), I am reminded of the disappointing experience. For a company that gives off such a professional image, they should have better back-up systems in place so that this doesn't happen. There should not be a mere $150 compensation for machine malfunctions. At the very least, the refund should take into consideration how much time was lost (about 1/4 of our time) and the amount should have been adequate enough so that you don't feel that you're overpaying for photos. Other businesses would have bent over backwards when they realized their errors and done anything to make the customers happy, since the fault was on their side, not just given you a refund of 18%. read more

I've been to a couple weddings recently with photo booths and these guys were by far the best. I loved the inclusive photo booth service and the quality was top notch! I got the digital copy of me and my girlfriend in the photo booth from the bride and took the copy to Costco, enlarged it to a 11X 17 and gave it to my girl on her Birthday, what a hit! I highly recommend PhotoWorks Interactive and compared to the other booth I saw, PhotoWorks blew them out of the water. i don't remember the other company but their booth looked homemade, the photos looked homemade, and the service was mediocre. I recommend shopping around before you get a photo booth. Ask to see a sample of the photos, ask to see what the booth looks like and make sure to ask how long they've been in business. For my wedding I'm going with Photoworks because I've seen the competition and realized the difference in quality and service provided. read more

I rented a photobooth for my wedding and it was a HIT. My package included: - set up & delivery - 5 hours unlimited access! - 2 photo/scrapbook attendants - scrapbook materials : scissors, stickers , other fun scrapbooking paraphernalia - A big huge leather portfolio that they stick all the photo pages people created in - DVDs of ALL photos taken that night - A table full of costumes which the guests LOVED PROS + Excellent service pre and post event + 10 second development of 6 shots (great for large parties) + Excellent print quality (you can choose between white and black) + For you designers out there, they let me customize the middle section of the photo so it matched my wedding! CONS - they cant control what people do in the booth :X Photoworks Interactive is nationwide. We booked them for our wedding and everyone LOVED it. It's not as expensive as you would think for everything you get. My take on it is, if it helps generate a certain kind of atmosphere, then it is worth the money. I know there are cheaper alternatives out there, but the quality of the booth and the photos were so professional. People couldn't believe how great the photos came out. And the development time was ridunkously fast. I had 470 people and imagine if they all had to wait 3 minutes each for their photos. The attendants were so great! They helped people put their scrapbook pages together (this was basically our guestbook) and i loved that people were getting so creative. When my husband and I took a picture, the attendant even went into the back and got a 2nd copy printed for us! They told us theyve never had a wedding where there was no downtime, poor guys didnt even get to eat their meal. I guess our guests got our moneys worth! read more

Photoworks was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator, Crystal Lequang of Amazae Special Events (www.amazaespecialevents.com). They allowed us to customize not only the background print (colors and logos) but also how many sets of pictures printed on one sheet - we had 4 poses printed on one sheet, three times. That way they guests can leave one strip for us, share one strip with another party, and keep one for themselves. They also accommodated us with a specific back drop curtain color for the booth - we requested brown (I think their standard is red). They provided props and the pictures printed out within seconds. They also encouraged people to use props and come back to take pictures more than once. Lastly - the scrapbooking ... they had two people manning the booth at all times. They gave scrapbooking tips and when they had down time, they scrapbooked pages for us! The next morning, we went to the venue to pick up our things, and to our surprise, the beautiful and completed leather scrapbook was already there with all the digitals of the pictures attached on a USB key ring. It was super fun to have goofy pictures of all our guests the day after the wedding. Now that's instant gratification! Thank you Photoworks! read more

Photoworks Interactive is far from being your regular photobooth vendor for any event. It was perfect entertainment for all of our guests, a brilliant idea for our wedding favors and to top it all off... the scrapbook is something we love to look at over and over again! They provided us with props for our guests to use which made each picture unique and fun. I was also able to have our designer, Zuesette from Marizette Paperie (www.marizette.com) design the logo that went with the 6 photos that our guests took home. Photoworks Interactive magically brought out all of our guests personalities. Our guests were able to take as many pictures as they wanted all night long and also designed a scrapbook page to their taste! I highly recommend using Photoworks Interactive because they're not like all of the other plain and boring photobooth companies out there. At the end of the night, we were surprised with the scrapbook our guests created. We absolutely LOVED having them on our big day and we will definitely use them for future events! read more

Photoworks Interactive provided a photo booth at our August 2011 wedding in Los Altos. We actually saw them setting up for another wedding at the museum when we were choosing our reception venue. So, they were familiar with the location (knew where to set up a table, power supply, etc), which made us a bit more confident that they knew what they were doing. The booth came with two attendants who help put together a wonderful scrapbook of photos taken throughout the night. I think the guys doing this actually like their job, because they aggressively get photos from all of the guests and make sure they're in the book. My only complaint is that we were told all guests would get to keep a copy of their photos as well as get one in the book. Instead, many left empty-handed when the attendants took their photos. I guess for two people, it's easy to split the photos between the books and the couple, but it's harder when 3-8 people are cramming in the booth. If I did it again, I would check to see if they can customize how many copies of the photos the printer spits out. Ahead of time, Photoworks contacted us to choose a custom logo for our photos. They're professional, have a backup booth in case their main one breaks down, and are responsive on emails as your big day nears. I'd recommend them if you want a fun photo booth at your wedding! read more

Photoworks was great, easy to work with, and very professional. We booked a photobooth for our wedding in October 2010 and it was a big hit at our wedding. The quality of the pictures was great, the attendants' service was awesome! The attendants were very friendly, fun, and inviting. They made us a great scrapbook that we'll cherish forever, so THANK YOU =) Since the photobooth was really fun, we were hoping we could extend it for another hour, and the attendants were more than happy to do it for us (obviously we had to pay extra, but it was worth it!). They were very flexible and we were so thankful to have them at the wedding. Overall, it was really fun, and we highly recommend them! read more

If you're planning a wedding and you want to provide a unique, fun, and engaging activity for all of your guests, then you absolutely must have a photo booth there. If you pass up the photo booth for your wedding and then you go to someone else's wedding that does have it, mark my words, you will regret it! Trust me, the photo booth will be the most popular feature at your wedding and will no doubt provide the funniest and most talked about pictures of the night. The cost of the photo booth also includes Photoworks staff to keep everything moving and in order, costumes, a CD of all the images, and a professional looking guestbook / photo album that is assembled for you by the friendly Photoworks staff by the end of the night. This album is a keepsake that you will cherish forever. I predict that once this photo booth idea catches on, wedding photographers will become obsolete... read more

What a fantastic idea for my wedding!!! My guests had soooo much fun taking pictures, putting on the props, making a scrapbook page for my guestbook! I had fun too! Got in there with my new husband, my mom, my bridesmaids! The guests who didn't dance got something else to do that was fun, and since it was unlimited, they were able to take pictures for my guestbook, and then take more for a nice souvenier to take home. I would (and have) recommended this to so many people. Worth the money! Yeah, you can buy a guestbook for $40, but I bet you'll never look at it more than once. People come to the house, and want to see it. Beautiful leather book it came in!! Fun, fun, fun!!!!! read more

Photobooth at a wedding was the best idea! This was one of the first vendors that I booked for my Dec. 6th wedding. I was very excited to have a photobooth at my wedding. Everyone loved it at the wedding and the props that were provided. I have a lot of little nieces and nephews so they were photobooth hogs! The attendent made a wise not so kind comment about the kids that I didn't appreciate so that is the reason for the minus one star. Other than the negative comment that was made, everything went smooth and the photobooth was great! read more

These guys were awesome. We got a photo booth for our wedding reception which was outside, and alongside some lawn games, food, etc. It was the perfect addition to the event... all ages were having a blast, and coming back for more and more. We got double prints and a scrapbook table thingy so the guests could cut up one of their copies and create a page for us. The scrapbook is awesome, and the provided a thumb drive with the digital copies... including each individual photo, not just the full print with all 6 pics on them. Just that thumb drive was worth the money!! But of course having that as attraction and then also each guest being able to take home pics was awesome. Hopefully I don't have to get married again, but if I do, I'll get another booth:) read more

I booked Photoworks for our annual Carnival and they were terrific! Highly recommend!

PhotoWorks Interactive is the best photo booth rental company out there. They deliver an actual retro-style photo booth (not just a photo booth setup) complete with great props (sunglasses, hats, boas, etc.). The staff was completely professional, helpful, friendly and fun. The photo booth was definitely the highlight of my event and everyone had a blast dressing up, taking photos and doing it all over again. The quality of the photos is also amazing -- I got to design the format I wanted and then as people took their photos they could choose options like color, black and white, sepia. Then in addition to getting the photo printed in the end for guests to keep, I got all the individual photos on a photo disk as well. I work at a major motion picture studio and have amazing resources -- I researched all the different companies out there and ended up going with this one. I would recommend PhotoWorks Interactive to anyone and will definitely use them again. read more

These guys came out and provided a photo booth at a function I went to a few weeks ago, the photo results were awesome, and they even the name and date of the event on the photo print out. They even provided some costumes and caps, I was partial to the captain's hat.... We all crammed in and took some awesome photos, it seemed it was such a big hit with all of the other guest that eventually the length of this line surpassed the length of the food line. If I have a large event that calls for something entertaining for the guests, I'm definitely giving them a call, maybe it will make the food bill lower. read more

I was trying to find a photo booth for my wedding and these people were TERRIBLE. I could not get them to call me back, when they did, they never had my information, the guy on the phone always seemed distracted, and when I got their salesperson, she would quote me wrong information. THey sent me the wrong contract TWICE. Also, their prices were so much more expensive than the company I used (videoamusement). The difference between Photoworks interactive and the place I used was like night and day. Video Amusement got back to my email within hours, and we were on the phone by the end of the day. I negotiated a better price with them and they were extremely professional and great at my event. I would NEVER recommend Photoworks Interactive. read more
