The pictures were not absolutely awful, however they weren't good, and their professionalism was terrible. There were a couple of times that the photographer snapped at both my parents, and it absolutely just rubbed me the wrong way. There was one time when my mom was taking a picture of all of us kids together with her cell phone and talking to us like moms do and the photographer stopped what he was doing and looked and her and said, "Why don't you just take the pictures then." Word for word, not exaggerating! We also have a very large family and they got pretty flustered with how many of us were there and they were not really able to hide their annoyance and frustrations. I get that it's probably difficult to deal with a lot of people, trying to get them all to stand in a certain spot, stop talking, and smile at the same time, but this is your job. This is what you chose to do. Be professional about it, and don't rush through your work. I was pretty upset at the end of the day with how they acted, and I definitely wouldn't recommend them for a friend's wedding.

A friend of mine got me a maternity club certificate when I was pregnant so when my baby was born I went there for newborn pictures, and the pictures were fantastic. Since then every experience I have had has been dismal at best. inexperienced photographers doing nothing more than repeatedly shoving a feather duster in my child's face, though it didn't get results. I've experienced all Sessions that end promptly in 20 minutes whether my child had smiled a single time or not. Additionally, right after my newborn pictures they ran a special where you could get a certain percentage off gift cards so I bought several hundred dollars worth of gift cards to get the free amount. I would suggest to anyone who does this to keep very good records on their own because they charged me twice for an entire session and charge me twice for additional sheets I never received furthermore when you check out make good notes of what you ordered because this often gets messed up as well. The owner was extremely rude to me today and that pretty much trickles down to the inexperienced staff. No originality, no good photographers, and tired props is what you'll find here. Save your money, if you want Walmart quality go to Walmart
