In a nutshell we got one pose (various size photographs) with the Groupon, and any additional photos were $40 bucks a shot. Also, if you want a digital copy of a picture it is $100. With most photo businesses now providing the digital copies (much more reasonably priced) this was excessive. I will not go back, and will warn people of my experience.

Two photos (stamped on the back) costs $19 (plus tax), and they have an option of emailing you the digital version for an extra $5. I've been here twice and both times my photos have been accepted (by immigration in Canada). Plus I'm fairly sure he removed the shininess on my face on the photo from the last time which was a nice touch.

When I checked the tracking over the weekend, there had been no movement, which I found concerning. On Monday, I called to inquire about the delay. What frustrated me most was not that the package didn't arrive the next day, but that I was given inaccurate information. Had I known the package would not be delivered as promised, I would have taken it directly to the FedEx depot near the airport. Unfortunately, the owner was extremely rude during our conversation and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain my concerns. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dropping off packages at this location.
