Captis is by far the most professional media group I have ever worked with. We hired Kelsey Buelna and David DeLauder for both our engagement photos, and to be the photographer and videographer for our wedding. The only way the video could have turned out better was if they replaced me with a CGI action hero (I didn't ask them to do that, but I'm sure they could). Both my wife and I looked like stars! The videos have a professional film sheen, with licensed audio tracks that use lyrics--so the end result looks like you're watching a Hollywood love story complete with aerial footage. Their ceremony is also a "documentary" style and not just a camera filming the ceremony. It's very unique and it's simply stunning. From the contract (incredibly straightforward and in plain English), to the planning stages, they knew exactly what questions to ask and most importantly could explain why they were asking the questions. For example, I didn't know what a "first look" was, but they walked me through the process. Following the wedding, we received FINISHED photos and videos in less than 3 weeks -- one week EARLIER than our contracted date! At the engagement photo session they were swapping lenses and experimenting (in a professional way) with different locations and positions. The photos turned out unbelievable. I think we are even providing some with this review. Also, there was one photo in particular that looked perfect with an airplane in the perfect position in the background. We learned later that they used their tools to make sure it was positioned exactly in the third of the photograph where it would make the most impact. At the wedding they knew exactly what to do. Kelsey even assisted with fixing my boutonniere when none of us could figure it out. The photos turned out amazing, with some of the best most natural photos that we could have asked for. Our wedding was on a lake with a blue background. I have seen some photographers take photos near water and the background will be white and blown out, while the foreground is in focus. Kelsey and David are such professionals, they knew how to use the correct lens to make both the foreground and the background colors look sharp. None of it was blown out. I challenge you to look at other wedding photographers and you'll see what I mean about the backgrounds being blown out. Our photos turned out perfect. I don't believe in magic; but what David and Kelsey were able to do was pretty darn close. If you are at all hesitant, don't be. They will make sure that you are taken care of.

When I reached out to Sebring today, I was on a mission to obtain my daughter's dance photos that were taken for her dance studio almost 6 months ago (I missed ordering at that time). Before I called I was already prepared for bad news, that I was no longer able to order pictures. John advised of what information he needed to locate he photos and within minutes was able to e-mail me a link to my daughter's photos. I made an order (to which I messed up) but John happily corrected my error AND also touched up a part of the photo that he was unhappy with! (EXCELLENT customer service!) I needed these photos to include in my Christmas cards that I'm getting ready to send out and John made this such a simple and pleasant experience for me.
