I can honestly say that without relief from my pain I did, on several occasions, consider suicide. I have suffered many complications following being hit by a drunk driver. I tried to cope as best as I could on my own and ended up destroying my stomach by over the counter anti-inflammatorys. I almost died and spent months in the hospital when I suffered a rupture and became septic. I know there are risks involved in taking Any medication. Also, that there is always going to be a small percentage who may have different motivations and use the drugs incorrectly. It just has to be said that the work that Dr Vu does is important and life saving. He is a highly ethical and deeply concerned physician. I am able to enjoy a much higher quality of life because of his care: because, I can now use less medication due to the combination of steroidal and nerve block injections. I am sorry for the families who have lost their loved one's and also that Dr Vu's reputation has also suffered. I feel confident of the work that he does and will continue to be his patient.

Dr. Germanavich has been my doctor for over 10 years and takes time to listen to me and build a professional relationship. Dr. G, as I call him, has gone out of his way many times to provide the care I have needed. His staff is responsive to calls and get back within 24 hours. Dr. Hassan and staff are also exceptional. I had a very successful surgery that went far beyond my expectations for recovery and mobility. This practice has a great collaborative approach that has improved my quality of life and health outcomes.

I've been to 3 other doctors since and had imaging proving I do not have a leg length discrepancy. Not only did this waste my time in treating back pain and cost me money in buying expensive custom shoes but it also severely worsened my pain. Prior to seeing dr G I had my radiculopathy under control it's been 2 months since I saw him and it's still worse than when I saw him. I can't speak about his ability to do epidurals or nerve ablation but there are some unsettling reviews on here. TLDR Dr G should have had a full scanogram ( a special x ray done with rulers) done before telling me to push through the pain of shoe lifts but he didn't he is severely mistaken which is embarrassing as it's well known muscle guarding from a bulged disc can pull up a hip. A message to DR G please do some more research I know shoe lifts worked for you but everyone is different thanks for trying to think outside the box though I do appreciate that A message to a potential patient...get a second opinion!!! She really cares about her clients and is careful but extremely efficient. I started coming to Luxury Medical Spa about 3 months ago in preparation for my wedding. My main concerns were depressed acne scarring, active inflamed acne, enlarged pores and hyperpigmentation from different stages of scarring. I came in with low expectations keeping in mind that these kind of problems are very difficult to treat especially within a short time frame. I came once a month for 3 months and by the second time, I was already blown away by the improvement in my skin texture, overall smoothness and vibrancy! I'm so happy I found this place, I drove from Apple Valley 2 hours away and it was absolutely worth it to me. I'll forever be a returning client!

Luckily, after all those years, I have found Dr. Ngo, who can fix my problem, and she's super nice, knowledgeable . After the second appointments, I can see my skin starts to get a lot better. The scars are smaller/filled up and some even gone. I'm so so happy with the results. Her assistant is nice, her office is clean, and she has lots of plants around the office. I feel like I'm in nature and it makes me feel relaxed during the treatment. Thank you Dr. Ngo for such a great work and always make me laugh a lot during the time I visit you.

A medical emergency is defined as "A medical emergency is a health condition or situation that…read moreneeds immediate medical attention." Immediate is defined as "occurring, acting, or accomplished without loss or interval of time." My wife's visit to the emergency room makes no sense to me. Her primary care physician's nurse told her to make an appointment with a doctor (with first available appointment in 4 days), or go to the ER. We chose the ER, but, not before sending me to the gym to exercise, so that she could fix her hair. I understand the ER has more equipment than doctor's office, and even urgent care. It seemed wrong to go to the ER when it was not an emergency. St. Jude ER was vastly different from the ER in Canada that we just visited, where it was a real emergency. We showed up at 5PM and registered. The triage nurse saw us almost immediately. We saw the doctor within an hour. The doctor followed up on the care that my wife received in Canada and ordered a CT scan and some bloodwork. Everyone that we interacted with was nice and professional. They all knew what their job was. I'll take this over universal healthcare in Canada any day where it took 6 hours just to be triaged! Even though we spent four hours at the ER, the time went by quickly because the the process here at St. Jude is just so much better. It was a good experience. I don't want or need to experience them any more. Hopefully, I will never come back.

The worst ER room. If you need to be seen fast, good luck! Even if your dying in the waiting room…read morethey will not see you sooner Took a total of 7 hours to just be seen, a couple test, and results. Beyond slow because they said not enough doctors and too many patients. It honestly wasn't even that busy. They're just not staffing enough doctors or doctors are quitting/not coming in on weekends I never actually saw a dr the whole time, only the PA. So the $500 copay on top of other bills is a waste. They also gave me more unnecessary tests to charge more. Be cautious of this Saw a roach running around in the waiting room and the maintenance guy laughed and squished it and threw it in the trash far away. He didn't want to get it. This hospital is filthy. Dirty by beyond. How do you expect to help sick patients with a dirty hospital. Floors black, vents full of dust and allergies. I'm always seen in the basement floor. Even if they're not busy they stick you down there put a curtain and ignore you until they see everyone else first on the upper levels. Nurses are chatting about Starbucks and who knows what instead of doing their jobs. I've seen urine samples left, people's paperwork on the floor, overall a horrible experience They don't do thorough tests to see what's causing your issue. Only to treat you from an emergency (to not die) then they send you home and say follow up with your dr. Good luck Ridiculous. And they raised healthcare this year by 25% higher copays and worse treatment. At this rate it's better to look into moving states where they actually care about you or going to another hospital

I had blood pressure of 224/94, and I called 911 because of chest pain and feeling very tired. I have a history of cardiac issues and had already had a heart attack 20 years ago. I was concerned that I might be having another heart attack, so I went to Garden Grove medical center. I never saw a doctor once admitted to my room! Plenty of "staff" but no doctor! They ran some tests but never told me that they do not have access to the equipment needed to perform cardiac catheterization to look at possible damage to my heart or even say for sure if I had already had a heart attack. However, they knew my troponin was through the roof!! They let me lay in that hospital for 3 days without a way to help me. While there, I shared a room with another patient who required dialysis. They gave that patient dialysis bedside, and they had a tube on the floor that was letting blood waste go down the drain into the shower we both shared. This patient next to me was terribly ill and was coughing non-stop and then on the 3rd day suddenly a paper appeared on the wall, and my family was now required to wear a gown, mask and gloves even though this was never mentioned before and I asked to be moved but they refused! I still don't know what he had but obviously it was very contagious and could have complicated my condition even further. My fiancé came and did basically a jail break because I was leaving AMA- Against medical advice. They would not let me leave! It took 3 hours for this staff member to tell us that she could not find a place with a bed for me anywhere near by and that I needed to stay there. We fought back and said no way! I signed their documents to leave AMA, and we were able to go to my brother's house and call 911 from there. I was taken to Whittier PIH and there they have an outstanding cardiac care unit. It was determined within an hour of my arrival at Whittier PIH that I had one main artery in my heart that was 99% blocked and two others that were at 50%. Garden Grove Medical Center couldn't tell me that after 3 days!!!! If I would have laid in that bed for any more time and I would have lost my life. Thankfully we got out of there and to a place where I could get the care I needed. It scares me for myself and for others that might experience something similar to this. These people are only too happy to bill our insurance and take our money, but they don't want to care for us! I still can't believe they made us wait 3 hours when we wanted to leave to see if they could locate a bed somewhere else which didn't happen! A waste of time and it could have been the end of my life!!!!! Please don't go to this hospital!! You will regret it!
