Had to go to them as they were an authorized repair service under my extended warranty on our refrigerator. Called on a Monday, requested a early Friday morning appt. After two convo's with their office, was informed it was booked. Mid-week received a notice an earlier appt opened up. Called back, can't do, already rearranged my schedule for Fri, as requested that Monday. Was told I'd receive a "Robo" call the day before, never happened. Called 1st thing Fri to confirm our appt since a technician hadn't shown up. Office said "did you not receive a Robo call?" Nope, I did not. Can you tell me what time the technician is coming, I requested an AM appointment. Yes, your technician is coming between 11-2pm. That's not an AM appt., unless they show before noon, right? Wouldn't be a big deal, unfortunately, I'd ask and received confirmation from two of the three individuals I spoke to, and both confirmed that I was still scheduled from 8-10am. The point is simple, when you rearrange your entire week for a confirmed appt from 8-10, then you're informed the day of the appt that your tech "should arrive 11-2pm", without a call from their office (I had to call and follow up), it's extremely frustrating. When I told the office I couldn't do 11-2, the person on the phone began to get rude and said "that's our AM appointment slot." They then closed my claim, didn't tell me, and when I called my Warranty provider to share what was going on, even the provider apologized and mentioned they'd received several complaints, apologized, and recommended I call another repair company and to submit my bill & they would reimburse me as a result of the poor service from A-Tech. I called Mr. Appliance & was extremely impressed with their office and process. Just like they said, I received a text the day before my appointment, with a picture and introduction of the technician confirming my 8-10AM appointment. I then received another text & phone call, from Mr. Appliance the morning of, informing me the technician was on his way. The technician arrived at 8AM, as planned. He was extremely professional, used his own door mat on our porch (so not to dirty ours), and was done by 9ish. Extremely polite, clean, knowledgeable, and efficient. My recommendation, don't waste your time with A-Tech,. Call Mr. Appliance. You won't be disappointed! I learned the hard way. Hopefully, this will save you the frustration.

They charged us only one time the diagnostic charge to figure out what was wrong with our Samsung…read morerefrigerator. They came back three times for parts to try to get it to temperature inside the refrigerator even though the freezer was fine and they only charge for the part. Extremely professional came when they said they would, called ahead of time to say how far out they were and we're way out between Rogers and Eureka Springs on Highway 12. No mileage charge no additional fees just the parts charge. I believe our 11-year-old fridge was shot so we went ahead and bought a new one but extremely impressed and will use them and only them forever more.
