Then I did a little research and emailed Dragon Law TKD. Within 5 minutes, Master Luke was calling my house to answer any questions we had. On another occassion before we signed up, we wanted to check out the establishment. We just showed up unannounced and he happened to be closed. I called his cell phone # and he told me he would be there in 5 minutes which he was. Now more importantly, after we signed up. My kids love going to Tae Kwon Do and Master Walsh is amazing with these kids. He does an incredible job of not only teaching TKD but life lessons throughout each training session. Mr. Shebar and Jose are both excellent instructors who are patient and make sure that the students know the correct form for punches, kicks, and combos. I think all the instructors have a great balance between teaching and training the skills of self defense and making it fun. Conor also likes being with the other kids. They work together and help each other. This is truly a "family" karate studio. After about 2 years of taking Conor to the dojo, I decided to join him in training. It is something we can do together and it provides me with time to exercise. I have limited range of motion in my legs, so I was concerned about being able to do this. The instructors have shown me how I can effectively execute a technique and defend myself even with my physical limitations. The adults who train are supportive and encouraging of one another.
