Communication was straightforward and easy. The work itself went above and beyond what I expected. I initially thought I had four locks to change, but he ended up handling all six. He also proactively offered to replace the deadbolt, including adjusting the strike plate, doing the necessary chiseling, and aligning the door so the bolt closed cleanly. He made sure everything was keyed consistently, fixed alignment issues with the door and hardware, and even addressed a turn knob that wasn't seating properly -- all without hesitation. Overall, he was efficient, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. Very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend J&B Lock.

I got to the home and had no way of getting in as the key that was to be used for Emergency was not where it was suppose to be. The officers said they could not go into the house even though I was requesting a welfare check. Soon after the officer left, I called a family member of my friend and she did not have the right key to get in. I quickly did a google search for a locksmith in the area. Fortunately, I got John. John was able to open the door and we found my good friend decease. Naturally, I was upset and so was the relative. After calming down, I went out to pay the locksmith for his service. This man gave me a hug and said he was so sorry for my loss and said he would not accept payment under these circumstances. He called the police and everyone else that needed to be called. I can not say enough about this man as he showed compassion and concern. I want every person to use this man as he didn't have to do what he did and I am forever grateful to him. So if you need a person who cares about what he does, call him. He is caring and good at his job. I want to give him 10 stars but it won't allow. He was also very nice and highly professional. He mostly focuses on small jobs, which is perfect for me considering other places I asked were backed up multiple weeks with larger jobs taking priority and giving me a much higher quote considering it was such a small job. We're definitely recommending go back if needed!

Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy…read more -was quoted price over phone of $260 for window tint, even repeated it back to confirm, ended up charging me over $300 -received vehicle back, found a bunch of debris between tint film and windows (x4) took back he said "what do you want me to do about it?" told them to replace it since I already over paid. He agreed to that, which was great (means they stand behind their product NOTTTT!!!!). I dropped my vehicle back off to them to fix the issue and they only replaced the 2 front door tint film. I was upset at this point and instead of having the cops called I left since the front was fixed (or so I thought) and that's what I see the most. -looking at the tint after some time, there are multiple bubbles everywhere and the quality of the work is just no good. you can see where they cut the film from sitting in the vehicle without trying to look for it, they aren't even straight cuts almost looks like they used their teeth. -still also see a bunch of dirt and stuff between the tint and window. -he likes to tell you that you can't expect nothing to be between the film and tint since it's not a brand new window and it's just basically a sticker. last I checked if you clean the window properly and don't allow dirt in your shop you have no problems. just over all disappointed in the quality of work especially at the price I paid.

If you value your time and your home's comfort, don't risk it with this company. Booking here means clearing your schedule just to get a last-minute cancellation and a vague promise to maybe show up days later. Absolutely unprofessional and completely disrespectful.
