I had contacted her right before the holidays and the big snow storm with freezing temps and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I was slow to get her my papers but she didn't let it fall through the cracks and she contacted me for the paper. Then when I sent it over, she had it done within just a few days even though I said there wasn't a big rush. Also note that my scum bag of a landlord was evading, not answering his phone, had a camera door bell and was not going to answer the door. When I refused to pay for their poor business acumen, they sued me in the State of Texas. I got the case transferred to Michigan. It was ultimately thrown out of court but not before three court hearings and a ton of hassle requiring me to file a motion to get the case finally dismissed. I suggest you look elsewhere if you want competent service. Notably, "Thomas Court Services" is one guy in Texas who purports to be located in 23 cities. I believe he just contracts with local servers.
