For 2 weeks prior to my Court date, I requested a copy of his Proof of Service. He refused to provide that to me which is his job as a Process Server to do so. I asked a neighboring Business to deliver messages to him. On 04/14/2025, 36th District Judge Jeffrey David Kleparek suggested I call Bailey one more time. Bailey picked-up the phone and hung-up once he realized it was me. Kleparek said Bailey should have known better than to act that way to clients. I am in the process of hiring another Process Server to complete the job Bailey should have done.

When I refused to pay for their poor business acumen, they sued me in the State of Texas. I got the case transferred to Michigan. It was ultimately thrown out of court but not before three court hearings and a ton of hassle requiring me to file a motion to get the case finally dismissed. I suggest you look elsewhere if you want competent service. Notably, "Thomas Court Services" is one guy in Texas who purports to be located in 23 cities. I believe he just contracts with local servers.
