He was not even prepared for a passport motion I had in court. He did not email the referee anything before our court day to show proof that the other party in the case was lying. He read the email late to the referee while we were in court and didn't send anything before hand. Also he was on the call 1.5 hours early when our zoom call was at 10:30am he got on the call at 9am and I have proof. He did not even know the time of our zoom motion. Who get on a zoom 1.5 hour early. No one . And he charged me for that time. I felt he did not care about me. He was charging me for things he did not do and I have proof. Bad decision. Big mistake. I did not feel comfortable working with him. When I called his phone went straight to voice mail. He did not make me feel comfortable and safe and when he saw my review he threatened to sue me. Be careful everyone he may do the same with you. He could have called me nicely and talk to me about the review but instead he went straight to suing me for money I have never seen in my entire life. I am an instacart shopper and barely pay my bills and now he is trying to scare me by sending this email to me. This shows you want kind of person he is. Instead of him talking with me he goes straight to suing me for money I don't have any most likely will never have. This email was uncalled for. A simple conversation and Understanding of where I was coming from could have taken the review off yelp but instead I am editing it to be more clear about where I was coming from. I paid hIm $1500 up front that I had to borrow from a friend and family member and I have a balance of $2700 with him. I have proof that some of the itemized billing he charged me for he did not do the work. I am not lying and this is the complete truth and I'm sure he knows this is the truth. Now he is trying to scare me and sue me for $500,000. Seriously he goes this far because of a review no one as even seen yet. Wow hopefully people with see the review I just posted because everything I'm saying is the truth and he knows it's the truth and I have evidence and proof he did not do some of the work he claims he did. I'm still perplexed by this, as I would have definitely blown if asked. I even told the officer at the station that I didn't recall them asking me to blow, and they drew blood anyway. That's Royal Oak for you. But none of that seemed to matter. Mr Johnson did the bare minimum to help me and he got paid. I only chose him because I got a letter in the mail from him suggesting I should use him as a lawyer. He's basically an ambulance chaser. I think would have done just as well with a court appointed attorney, if not better.

I then speak to him by the way his name is Paul and he states I now owe attorneys fees and a 52.oo search fee which is odd being I don't know why you have to search for me when you know where I live... any how... total is 767.32... it is dated July 17 2014 and I have 30 days and I will have a lean after that date if I have any questions please call.... so I call we chat he states States that is probably why they got rid of the last person anyways anyways and we move on and he emails me my bill also the preceding bill today is August 13th I leave my office to go make a payment to him by check for the total of 767.32 which he did not want to receive because he wanted me to pay him because he talk to me on the phone I told him that I was not over my 30 days I had three more days to go so I made it to my 30 days and in his letter if he pulled it out it states that if I had any questions that I could call it in that state that I would be charged to talk to him he then said fine I'll take your check I will not be bothered with this and that I was paid in full this is shameful he should be ashamed of himself !
