When waiting for the plea deal we often asked him to speak with the prosecutor but he only wrote them emails and only asked a few times if they could do better. I have seen many similar cases in Wayne county, where the defendant had prior convictions and received half the time. Not once did he say anything reassuring or positive but only spoke as the prosecutors he failed to convince. I would not recommend Jerome Sabbota to my worst enemy.
