Hello my name is Edward King and here is my feedback on this firm. I hired Darren Findling to help me collect my inheritance after our parents death. Hiring Darren is the biggest mistake that I have ever made in my life. To start he put me in the hands of his untrained associate, his name was Phillip. Phillip set up a arbitration to attempt to get things moving that was the first mistake he promised things to the opposing party that I did not agree with so he and his firm could cash in quickly. I did not know what he had promised the opposition at the time it took and accounting that I received from the estate later to see what he had done. I rehired Darren to try and collect the large balanced owed he took a large deposit from me and has me right ware he wants me now. Darren promised me he would not have Phillip involved due o the fact that he was no longer with the firm, he also added the statement that he was not even sure if Phillip was practicing law. I have had a hard time figuring out who Darren is representing me or my opposition Darren in my opinion is a very Shallow person and has no idea or even cares to put himself in a persons position. When I can get in touch with the man through emails it takes weeks and months before I can get a response. now on the other hand when he does finally get in touch with me he has no hesitance in extorting monies out of a me, he says Ed I am not going to lift one finger for you without a large payment. Darren likes to charge around 1,500.00 a pop to set up a court date at probate court and then call at the last moment and say there has been a brake through in the case the opposition is going to settle cancel court then nothing happens. I am so frustrated that sometimes I cry. This collection of my quarter share of monies setting in the bank has been going on for over 6 years now. my Parents are probably in heaven crying for me and my family. We are suffering greatly while the opposition has been just fine and dandy. in closing do yourself a favor and stay away from Findling law firm in Royal oak mi. read more

Our case began nearly a year ago, when I found out that my sister was embezzling money out of my mothers account, to support her lifestyle in West Bloomfield MI.. Her name is Lori, and she is a part time meteorologist for Fox News . My mother is Delphine Pinson, and apparently he was afraid to upset her?, by refusing to request a deep dive of her checking account during his discovery process for the next hearing a year later in October 2025.. Court Case: 2024-423934-CA / Oakland County, MI. My name is Clarence Pinson, and my sister's name is Maria Harris.. Our case can be found on MiCOURT, and a variety of information and documents can be found on www.ripoffreport.com/ Case No. 1539060 I quickly realized that she had created a non- legal or bogus Conservatorship POA on my mother in 2021, when she was 93 years old with advanced dementia, and could no longer resist her demands for income.. She also rewrote her will, stating that she was an only child, and having her husband be the only beneficiary..? We quickly mapped out a plan with the lawyer to have her POA dissolved , by getting a medical report , my sister Maria was entitled to, since in December2024, she was awarded joint guardianship by the court.. On Jan.17th, 2025, I requested David to seek out the medical reports, from Sinai Hospital, (since we both reside in Northern Virginia), to disprove and dissolve the Conservatorship POA , so she would loose her primary source of income.. David, however, decided to go with an unauthorized approach, and decided to subpoena the housekeepers hired by Lori, to destroy our case in the fall.. He then decided to run up $6500.00 in expenses, and kept us in the dark about MICourt, so we wouldn't know what he was doing.. His plan , with Lori's lawyer, was to end our bid , and close down our case in favor of Lori Pinson.. ??! So, in September this year, we were able to do a transition to a more reputable firm, P & A.. Our new lawyer, once we accessed her records, (and again hidden from us by the old law firm), was Lori embezzling money out of my mother's account to finance her lawyer's fees , along with $800.00 in groceries for my mother, who eats like a bird.. ?? Of course, I contacted Chase, to reverse the extorted charges, and the Michigan State Board for a full investigation into this law firm's criminal activities .. As we continue to reslove these matters this fall I will update this report.. I have listed a few documents below for your review. I sincerely recommend you avoid doing business with this firm.

Since my case was taking long, I was asking questions on every steps to make sure everything is alright. However, he barely reply my questions. He totally ignored my emails, messages. If I send 5 messages, I get one answer after a long period of time. Then one day, to my surprise this lawyer gave me a rude reply that I have never expected from him. That reply stops me sending message, email or any kind of further communication with them. He wrote: ""Dear Mr. Hasan: You have exceeded the number of questions allowed in your fee. You have made over 100 contacts with us. Many of your inquiries are not within the scope of our work and are unnecessary. If you going to go to USCIS website and make up questions, we are not prepared to answer them. Your case is being processed at a normal pace. All additional inquiries, questions, e-mails and phone calls will incur $20 charge each time (from now on). If you do not pay, we will withdraw from your case."" Well, he could tell me that in proper way. What kind of professionalism is that? Instead he threatened me with charging $20 for each message/email. He also threatened to withdraw the case. If you cannot answer/handle your client, you better change your profession. I paid you to answer my questions, understand? If I knew the process I would have been filed by my own. I wouldn't hire you. Then again when the case was approved he started to behave nicely. He texts and emails me almost everyday. At the end he begged me to give him a 5 star review. Unbelievable! You got this! This lawyer was good in the past but nowadays he became greedy, very poor at communication, take the case longer than expected. Find a better lawyer than him.
