They do nothing but support and coach you in a manner that is consistent with your goals. The group classes are tons of fun and they pair you with folks that are on a similar level which takes a ton of stress out of it. It definitely is a bit pricy but the price tag has been worth it so far. Every worker is amazing. They have tons of great energy and seem genuinely interested in your progress. They do nothing but support you through your dance journey!

During the 3…read moreclasses we attended I witnessed Ms Julie make condescending remarks to parents and children about the use of various security items (binkies, lovies) and crying when parents left just for a few examples. She also frequently used terms like "big girls don't need binkies", "big girls don't cry" and generally had a condescending and irritated attitude for anything that wasn't what she apparently considered "appropriate behavior". My daughter was having a hard time adjusting to her first class without me with her. Her comments to her about "stop crying" "you can't be loud" and the dirty looks surely did not help her comfort level. Today at the last class we will ever be attending at Angie's Ms Julie was so abrasive that both my daughter and I left the class early in tears after she told me that my daughter was "done" for the day and we were told to leave the class. I have been to many classes for my daughters of various activities and have NEVER experienced this type of abrasive behavior from any coach or teacher. I understand there is varying levels of "seriousness" in studios but this was definitely not the experience I was hoping for my daughters first dance class for her or I. Hopefully Ms Julie can do some reflection of her behavior and the expectations of two year olds. Perhaps she needs to move to older kids where she can find more satisfaction in her job.

The room is spacious with good mirror placement. Great lighting and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Benton Park studio is small, but very pretty. The mirrors are gorgeous but they are a bunch of actual house mirrors put together as opposed to a fitness studio full length mirror so it's a little more difficult to see your reflection. Great lighting though. Classes are casual but informative. Good attention paid to students of varying levels. I prefer a slightly more formal structure, but it's friendly. I hope they can open a larger studio closer to the city!

She loves her teachers/instructors and she loves the group of kids on her team. Her teachers (Mrs. Lacee, Mrs. Kaila, Ms. Jordan and Ms. Keeli) are so attentive and intentional with their teachings. I am even going to set up a part of the basement so the kids have a place to practice. The instructor that we have is fantastic, and I really appreciate all the enthusiasm, confidence and help that she provides. The front desk staff I have mixed results on. One of the women that works in there never seems to be friendly at all. In fact, on my daughters first visit the woman came out and yelled at my wife and son because they were in the gym watching my daughter for a second. The woman yelled at her and said "there are signs up all over the place". It is for safety... I get it... But it wasn't a good way for us to start our business there. I almost took the kids to gym headquarters instead. I don't want to take my kids somewhere where they might be yelled at for an accident. Other than that I am really happy with the place.
