If you are under a lot of stress about a tax debt and need relief. Please take a moment and read what I have to say, I am 64 years old and owed over $600,000.00 to the IRS. I have used Tax firms before to resolve Tax issues, I contacted a very large Tax Relief Company that advertised a lot. It's wise not to say the company's name. After paying the flat rate they proposed, I had to keep paying more because the things that they claimed needed to be done that was unforeseen. This was ongoing. After speaking with an account specialist at Phoenix Financial Group I felt that they would be a great fit to help me resolve a Tax issue with the IRS. Shortly after beginning the resolution process, my PFG specialist discovered that due to my specific case, there was not anything that could be done to enhance a resolution. Within a couple of days I received a call from one of the managers letting me know I would receive an immediate and full refund. PFG dealt with me in a stand-up way and they stayed true to the promise that if they will provide value or refuse to take the business. I wouldn't let these telemarketing pests handle my garbage, let alone, tax issues!!! I have received 3 calls just today and it's only noon. If I needed assistance from a company regarding an IRS problem it certainly wouldn't be from an out-of-state business that has taken to harassing potential customers!!! I WOULD CALL THE IRS MYSELF!!! These pests are relentless. I have repeatedly told these telemarketers "NO, NOT INTERESTED," to no avail. I hang up, and like clockwork, a call from an "UNKNOWN NUMBER" follows suit.
