Throughout the entire process we felt so supported by this team of professionals, especially by Alison (paralegal) and Dipak Patel (Lawyer). Thank you for making us feel so cared for and handling our case like rockstars! The original $1.2 million dollar lawsuit we were faced with was settled for $35k. This was quite the learning experience for us. We are so grateful to have chosen you all to help us with our case. Highly recommend always and forever!

This came as a pleasant surprise as I had been in an intense custody battle for the last year. I set up a consult with them ASAP! Unfortunately this place is so disorganized that I received this email shortly after "Hi Nicholas, I understand that you have spoken with Marlene about the issue with Todd actually making the payment for his case and not on your behalf as we initially understood. Before our 1pm meeting please confirm that you can make the $2k retainer deposit either prior to our meeting or while in the office. Thank you, -Tyler D. Lambert, Associate Attorney Ciancio Ciancio Brown, P.C." Originally they reached out to me Stating that $2,000 was paid on my behalf. Therefore, this Firm was given my contact info from someone. They did not explain who that was. I was contacted in the first place or how an error of this magnitude could possibly occur. I still have received no legal services or compensation from them. I would not like them to represent me even free of charge. I find their practices to be predatory. Leave it to slime ball lawyers to say what they want with no obligation to fulfil. You have my contact info if you wish to make this right.

Scott could have asked I come in and allow him to review all of the documents, as a I had previous arbitration with my employer, before giving me his opinion. He did not do this and instead in a 15 minute conversation, asking specific questions, he was able to advise me. I knew in my heart the answer already and Scott just confirmed it for me. I greatly appreciate him taking his time to talk with me. If I, or anyone else I know, needs an employment lawyer, I will refer them to Scott.

He made several condescending and argumentative comments to me that should have been an indicator for me to steer clear. During a deposition he started banter with opposing counsel that revealed he had no loyalty to me, trying to paint me as a spoiled, misguided left-winger. Later, he gossiped to my other attorneys. Lazy, useless, low work-ethic. Judges clients and lectures them about how they " don't understand how he doesn't care about" their lifestyle " just don't shove it down in his throat ". Tries to suck up to corporate lawyers but turns out, is just a desperate RINO. PATHETIC. Definitely avoid.

Without Cyndy, I would have less time with my kids, pure and simple. I hired Cyndy after a…read moreprevious lawyer from a different firm completely mismanaged my case. When Cyndy took over, she inherited a mess. I had already entered into an onerous stipulation that dictated the course of my case for the next several months. Cyndy kept my focus on the long term and set out a path for me to accomplish my ultimate goal of having as much time with my kids as possible. Cyndy achieved our goals because she excels at strategic thinking, client management, and litigation. Cyndy's advice to me continually mirrored what the judge ultimately decided, even matching the judge's words at times. While I was initially reticent to follow the path she laid out, she ultimately won me over through sound reasoning and persuasive arguments. She was better able to win me over because in an otherwise heartless, mechanical system, Cyndy actually cares. She took the time to listen to the details of my case and find out what was most important to me. We joke that Cyndy could also serve as a therapist, as she clearly loves the relational part of her job. If you have a high conflict, custodial case, you want Cyndy on your side. She thrives in the courtroom, specializing in litigation. She is calm, prepared, and experienced. The time she invests in clients reaps a detailed knowledge of each case. She possesses a thorough knowledge of the law and the acumen to know what is relevant going into a hearing. Her "therapeutic" people skills help her read the judge, allowing her to better tailor her arguments on the fly. The combination of legal knowledge, preparation, improvisation, and caring allows her clients to know that Cyndy is in command in the courtroom and that they will be well represented. Yet, one of my very favorite things about Cyndy is that she is fair and ethical. While Cyndy will always rigorously represent her clients, she does so within the bounds of decency and justice. Unlike some lawyers, she would never cross the line or compromise her morals. I have long since thought that Cyndy would make an excellent judge. While I would personally lose a terrific lawyer and advocate, the world would gain a judge with tremendous discernment and wisdom. I cannot recommend Cyndy highly enough. She is continually recognized by her peers as one of the top lawyers in the state and such honors are clearly merited. I owe Cyndy a tremendous debt of gratitude.
