Great and knowledgeable staff who are very reliable and punctual to all appointments I have…read morescheduled with them. I heard about them through word of mouth and got a quote from Ed, the owner and they were more affordable than many other businesses around town. I've been VERY happy with my generator and recommend them to everyone! Thanks for all you guys do!

Do not use Comfort Engineered Systems Inc., (Com4t) of New Orleans…read morecom4t.com My mother is 80 with severe mobility issues and after Hurricane Ida, and a recommendation from a longtime close family friend, she finally decided it was time to get a Generac system. In March of 2022 (now September 2022) my mother put a deposit of over half of the total cost of a Generac system through Comfort Engineered Systems (CES) sales agent Geri. We were promised that our system would be installed in August/September 2022. CES has no idea when it will be installed and don't seemed all that concerned. All they they can seem to offer is "Sorry. Don't know. Don't call us we'll call you. You just have to be patient" As hurricane season began I started asking for status updates through phone, text, and emails with little to no response from our sales agent. I started to call CES daily and found out that Geri was no longer with CES. (Even answering basic questions since the sale required repeated contact) This is starting to feel like a scam. CES, and owner Edward Perez, leave me no reason to feel that they will not seek any type of immediate resolution. Nor do I now have any faith in installation or customer service in any capacity. I'd like to know where their own much lauded customer service and professionalism is. Finally I was as able to speak to a person at CES instead of their answering service after calling multiple times a day for several days. Pam from CES told us she might have more info in 2 weeks, but was unable to give any estimate of installation time, and that there are 53 people ahead of us. (Pam at CES, is very friendly, empathetic, and has been trying to make what amends she can. The answering service agents are helpful in their limited capacity) We now need to do extensive repairs underneath our house, and I am unable to schedule this work. This uncertainly of our Generac install could delay both jobs. Were we to seek to cancel, and go with another company, the wait is 4-5 months. Not even to mention our money is now tied up. Obviously CES expects their money as soon as the Generac is installed without delay. We do want this system, but how can we trust CES at this point? Every-time I told my mother I was unable to get updates, I could see her eyes water. When she found out the Geri was no longer there she got so upset I honestly thought I'd have to take her to the hospital she was so distraught. She is worried that she will lose her money. All I can say now is "I'm sorry mom. I don't know. They promise they'll call. They say we just have to be patient. I am trying. It's going to be ok." My father died a few years ago and he was a veteran, worked for the military as a civilian, and was sheet metal worker who worked his way up to management. He was a proud union member, and he would be appalled at the type of experience our family is dealing with. My parents worked hard all their lives and my mother felt that this was worth the expense to have some security and comfort. You'll find a lot of favorable recommendations for CES, but you may find, like me, that CES's promises are hollow. Their promises of great end-to-end customer service don't seem to hold from the beginning, When I spoke with the Generac customer service they seemed surprised. We'll be calling our credit union soon to explore options if there is no speedy and satisfactory resolution available. We realize that so many in our area have suffered a lot due to Hurricane Ida and that we are lucky. We also realize that it's been tough for a lot of business, CES included, for many different reasons that everyone is aware of. If we had even received simple courtesy email updates on delays instead of silence, and the run around, of course we'd have been disappointed, a little miffed maybe, but we wouldn't be so worried and and angry. I've worked in customer service and sales for years and if I gave this kind of service I would have been fired. At this time I've been waiting 10 business days for a call from Edward Perez the owner and was informed he was now out of the office 8 days. They keep giving him the message I guess. No other management has been made available to me to help. I have contacted Generac themselves and their escalation team is trying to help but since CES is an independent contractor they'll do what they can. Generac seems to also be having difficulty speaking someone at CES. They got a healthy deposit but that doesn't seem to matter. *Update I received (via a personalized copy/paste generic form email) a response from owner Ed Perez saying they are now starting to finish Generac systems purchased in September 2021. Again no estimate on when our system will be installed and no apology. Just vague business speak touting their "high quality standards"

After unsuccessfully dealing with another local provider for approximately 4 months without achieving a solution it was encouraging to find a company who valued us as a customer. Any company can sell you their product but the real test is how they service their customers after the sale. Supreme Power has demonstrated that they do this.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others about our experience…read more We hired Supreme Power to install solar panels on our home, and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. What was promised as a "seamless process" turned into 11 months of delays, missed appointments, poor communication, and ultimately--shoddy, unsafe work. Here's a short list of the disasters: They installed the panels incorrectly the first time and had to come back to fix their own mistakes. They damaged our roof and gutters during the installation . No one returns phone calls or emails. We had to chase them down every step of the way just to get basic updates. The system still isn't fully operational almost a year later. To add insult to injury, they were quick to send an invoice--Nina from the office calls, raises her voice, uses profanity and made up lies about why the work wasn't done. Do yourself a favor and go with literally any other reputable solar company. We regret trusting them and are now looking at additional costs just to make the system safe and functional.
