After a tornado passed over the Navarre neighborhood during the recent tropical storm, Arthur, I…read morehad another reason to reach out to NOLA Gutters to come by and repair some fence, put in by another company, that completely failed. The owner, Glenn, was onsite the day I called him, and as he has done in the past, he gave me a fair estimate on the repair and the promise that he would start right away. He came though again as he has in the past, and my newly repaired fence looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone. Side note: The original fence and gutters NOLA Gutters put up still look great and both were unfazed by this recent tornado or the massive snow storm in NOLA in Jan 2025.

I would have understood if they had asked permission and explained why it was necessary (I was home at the time so it would have been easy), or if they had done a conscientious job of it so it could easily be put back. Instead they tore it off leaving jagged pieces of wood and didn't mention it. So disrespectful and uncaring. Screw these people. Rude over the phone, too.

They assured us the patch would…read morehold for 5 to 6 years; however, only 18 months later, the roof was leaking water so badly that it caused water and mold damage to the interior ceiling. When contacted to address the issue, Perdomo slapped a dab of silicone on a portion of the failed seam and refused to do anything further to address the leak. Most disappointing is the fact that the owner of the company refused to speak with us to work out an amicable solution. I guess our job was so insignificant to them that they felt they could just ignore the situation. I do not recommend Perdomo for any roofing repair.
