On or around Jan 15th, Backyard Mgmt was hired to Grade, "Remove the OLD Dirt" (which this area ALSO included Lava rocks) and hauled away. BYM knew this BEFORE starting the job because that was my "sole purpose" of hiring them in the first place so that when Spring & Summer came around I could cut the entire lawn with ease; WITHOUT TEARING UP my lawn mower when cutting over the area. They charged me $700 for the job. On March 27th, 2022 - I sent a text (as per my previous communication method with "Alberto") to inform him of this issue. He ignored me and never responded. I followed up with a phone call/vmail. Again, "no response". An email was sent to Gabriella today, as of now...NO RESPONSE BACK. They smoothed the dirt without removing it. Covered it with grass seeds and pat it down covering it with straw. Now, bc of their sloppiness (cutting corners), I've got to have the worst yard in the neighborhood with 2 types of GRASS. Any fool can see that my lawn is Bermuda NOT FESCUE! I want them to GET THESE LAVA ROCKS OUT OF HERE and redo the job RIGHT! OR GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY and I'll hire someone to do it the professional way. It's April 2022 and I'm stuck with Fescue Grass, Lava Rocks with a HUGE bare dirt hole in the center. NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED FROM THESE GUYS, ESP. AFTER SEEING THEIR BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS. I WANT THEM TO FIX THIS ISSUE, EXPEDITIOUSLY! I trusted this company would do good business. They failed.

I didn't have any concerns during the project and really appreciate the great work they did.

They were very passionate and knowledgeable about all aspects of mold remediation. They came in and went above and beyond my expectations. I'd used a well known giant in the industry when I found out the water heater had burst in my basement, I was out of town when this happened...needless to say mold had grown on everything. The "giant" came in over a period of a couple of weeks for remediation and in the end did a very poor job on top of that charged a ridiculous amount to my insurance company, all the while leaving mold ridden furniture, drywall, insulation and moisture behind. A feast for the mold to continue to multiply. The "giant" wanted to charge triple digits to "eradicate the remaining mold...a sad situation. The Mold Kings were heaven sent!
