Jose returned my call immediately and came over that afternoon to provide a quote for both. The stucco work was scheduled quickly and the work completed in one day. The work was excellent and clean up was great (other than leaving half a dozen empty water bottles scattered along the house). However, when it came time to paint, we were ghosted. We left several messages and none were returned. We were worried about his welfare but when a week or so later we saw someone down the street having stucco repairs done by this company (they likely got info from workers as they walked past our house) we knew he was okay and still in business. We had a good rapport with Jose and his employees, there is no excuse for ghosting us. After a week of no contact, we were forced to play general contractor again to find painters, get quotes, and set up scheduling. What could have been a raging endorsement has been marred by the fact that not only was the work incomplete, we were left hanging. This turned into a two-month ordeal. We still have not heard back from them months later. Very disappointed.

When it came my husband got the order he didn't want to make the delivery guy sit around while he count all the pieces. Then we decided we would need to wait for awhile to build because of financial reasons, so a year later we were putting it up and realized we were a pallet short on siding . My husband called them to see if they could see if they could track the pallet. They looked in their system and it was saying it was in the bay still, so they said oh let us go check on that, a few days went by and my husband called them back and they said "sorry it wasn't there ". Our complaint is obviously they didn't bring it, and their system reflected that, and we have zero access to their system so we obviously weren't trying to rip them off in anyway.
