Absolute worst since Dr. Kaye left. Waited over 2 weeks for daughters results and I called several times getting the run around every time. I actually called the performing facility and obtained her results after 5 days, I just needed a professional to help interpret them. They still say they haven't received them and I have yet to speak to a provider. We wont be coming back here. I work in medical and we would never wait over 2 weeks to report results on an urgent matter. EVER!!!! Shame on you. Update: Going on week four with no call or call back from provider about daughters results. Stellar!! read more

Ashley PA is very unprofessional. She needs cultural competence training. This should be a must when your practice sees patients from a variety of backgrounds and culture. It is inappropriate to bash a parent and their extended family in front of a small child. This is going to be reported to Arizona Board for physician assistants. I have been taking my children and grandchildren to this office for over 20 years. This office is not the same since Dr. Kaye retired. read more

I use this pediatrician's office for all 4 of my kids, from a baby to teenager. They are efficient, clean, friendly and accommodating. We've been going here for 2+ years and over that span of time we have seen all 4 (5?) of the providers and we have to say that, hands down, Casey Miles is our favorite. The other Doctors are all great, but Casey and my kids just seem to really connect. A few times I've called Phoenix Children's Center receptionists and explained that my child was pretty ill and they've always found a way to squeeze us into the schedule at the last minute. In fact, one time my 10 month old was so sick that she barfed all over the sick-kids waiting room without hardly a seconds warning. It was ghastly, I felt awful about the mess, but they took it in stride and made me feel less like someone who's kid had just left a huge bio-hazzard in their waiting room, and more like a poor mommy who was under enormous stress with a sick baby. In fact, that very same visit, Casey Miles decided she thought my baby was sick enough to go straight to Phoenix Children's Hospital and she called ahead to the PCH ER to help speed us though the waiting room. (She was right too, my daughter was admitted to PCH for almost 9 days!) Anyway, if you are looking for a good pediatrician in the Central Phoenix area these guys are top notch. In fact, I have to go there again this very afternoon with a sick teenager... *sigh* read more

I just switched and didn't even realize what I was missing until I had my first appointment with Dr. Lednicky. The dr was so knowledgeable. She gave appropriate developmental suggestions, asked questions and understood my sons needs. She addressed all of my concerns and really was very educated about the challenges of a preemie. The other firm missed vaccines and did not give me even 25% of the info the new dr did. Friendly staff. Very clean and ran on time. Very happy and highly recommend. read more

Dr. Barbara Lednicky is AMAZING with Kids! My two children ages 5 and 10 have been seeing her for years; my 5 year-old since he was an infant. She takes her time during our wellness appointments and never rushes us through it. She is genuinely interested in our children and is patient enough to get them comfortable with her before she starts examining them. Also she understands that we're private pay patients and tries to help us out financially to save us on costs of certain procedures. I have never had an issue with the front desk personnel, they are always courteous and prompt. I've deal a lot with the billing department as I used to have a Health Savings account that required printed receipt statements of appointments and they would always get back to me in due time. Definitely would recommend this doctor's office to others! read more

Love this place, great people and they always get me in as soon as they can if not the same day. I have taken my son since he was born and going to do the same with our newest arrival. The dr's are all great along with the super sweet staff. Overall I highly recommend them. read more

Office staff is very friendly and helpful - minus the referral coordinator. I'm not even sure how she keeps her job or what she even does. 3 times she's had the job of scheduling my son with a specialist and all three times she has either forgotten, made the appointment and forgotten to call me to let me know or has simply not scheduled. She's rude and will NOT return your phone calls. My son has seen Dr. Kaye for a little over a year. He's too fast, impersonal and lacks understanding of my son's autism diagnosis. Please, if your child has autism, DO NOT choose this doctor. He knows nothing about it and is not going to be a good resource for your family. I'm sad that its been such an ordeal to find a good pediatrician for my kids, but it's necessary that I move on, as I'm adamant about never spending another dime at this office. read more

I'm only rating this office 2 stars because Dr. Casey Miles is a good doctor. The office staff is rude, and honestly, every time I've called to get an appointment I've been on hold for no less than 20 minutes. This office is not busy enough to make people hold for 20 minutes, they just have lazy office staff!! So fed up. read more

Dr Kaye has seen my son since he was born he's four now and he's so caring and knowledgeable in what he does. He is punctual and doesn't keep you waiting witch is always a plus for doctors office. The office is clean offers kids programming in waiting are. They also have a separarte sick waiting area which I find pretty neat. I have never had any problems with the staff. Everyone has been excellent. Highly recommend this office. Oh and can't forget they are open Saturday's! What more can you ask for in a pediatrician a office? read more

The waiting at this office is ALWAYS long. (Too long for a child to sit and wait.) The doctor failed to log in my 14 months old shots into his chart. That's a pretty important thing to ' forget ' to do. They just about gave him the three shots AGAIN. UNTIL I pulled out my Records and saw that they had put them in MINE but not in theirs. My experiences here have been very poor. I'm looking into a different pediatric clinic for my kids. read more

Dr. Lednicky was my pediatrician and now I bring my two kids to her. I have had nothing but great experiences with the office as a patient and now as a mother. If I have to take one of my kids to the doctor outside of their normal checkups, it is short notice and I have never had any problems scheduling an appointment with them (even same day appointments). As a first time mother, I had tons of questions and Dr. Lednicky and the staffs were always very patient with me and would answer all of my questions/concerns. A few times I have had to schedule an appointments with another one of the doctors in the office, and they have been equally knowledgeable and helpful. read more

i cannot say enough nice things about this facility. both my children have been coming here since birth. they both primarily see Dr. Lednicky, who is a brilliant, and conservative medical provider. she truly goes above and beyond for her patients. i wouldn't dream of taking my kids somewhere else. read more

My daughter sees the same doctor I did as a child, which is Dr. Kaye. My daughter is fidgety because she doesn't like seeing the doctor, but he can check her and finish pretty easily with help from me or my husband. I'm not so sure about Dr. Lednicky. Last time I saw her she seemed to be very annoyed at my fidgety daughter and doubly annoyed at me for bringing her back in (my daughter wouldn't quit coughing from a cold she had and it was rough because she seemed to lose her breath a couple times). But yeah I like Dr. Kaye. I haven't seen Dr. Lefkowitz, but I agree Dr. Miles is good, but she's not there now. read more

We have been using this office for the past 1.5 years and have been very pleased. Their offices have been clean and the staff is very friendly. Most importantly, though, we are extremely pleased with the care and attention of the physicians. We have seen 3 of the 4 doctors and they have all done a great job. Our favorites are Dr. Miles and Dr. Lednicky. They take good care of our child and are always able to listen to our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Phoenix Children's Center for anyone seeking pediatric care. read more

Very good doctors but they sometimes take forever to see you. We had a 1:40 appointment and the Dr. didn't see us till 2:15.

The doctors at this practice are as caring, professional, and well-respected as any in the Phoenix area. I would trust any of them with the care of my children. read more

I love Dr. Lednicky! My oldest son has just aged out of seeing her anymore. BUT when he is sick, he still asks me to call her for advice and my youngest still sees her. I met with her 20 years ago and recommend anyone to take their child to her. She listens and takes as much time as you need to talk to you. The staff has always been nice and helpful. My kids and I have been blessed to have her as our Dr. I highly recommend them! read more

My husband and I really wanted to check out this office because it is the closest to us. We had no problem making the appointment for doctor interview at 7:30 a.m., to meet the doctor and promptly showed up at the time of the appointment just to find out that the doctor was not there. In a brief conversation where we stated that we are going to wait until doctor shows up, we were told that we can't meet with doctor regardless of the appointment. Before we could even react office manager Marry Summers informed us that we cannot talked with other doctors, and what we were told is not true. I have to emphasize that Mary Summers was not nice, apologetic, and empathetic about our situation at all. She just wanted us out of the office. I know that everybody has a bad morning, but she was letting it shine. Mary continued with this; You were informed wrong, and what I am telling you is how it is; You don't need anybody's name but mine; Other people choose the doctor by reading the bio online; This is my office policy.......on and on and on Mary continued to cut us, and see us on the way out. Maybe those doctors in the office are nice, but why would I bother going through this office representation when even the doctor were not there for their appointment, and I would not see them even if I would wait..... To all of you that still wish to try this office, I really wish you good luck. read more

Phoenix Children's Center has some phenomenal physicians. Dr. Lednicky is my family's all time favorite. We have been going to PCC for the better part of the past five years, with four young children. It has been our experience that the billing is questionable at best. We are a privately insured family who has accrued a ridiculous balance to date. My wife and I both have called to address the charges but, I personally have never received a call back. An example of this less than ethical practice of charges is. I bring my child in for their well check (no cost) and the doctor says, "seems like she's a bit congested?" Our response, "yes, but we are treating it and she is fine." Then we check out and we are being charged because the appointment is no longer considered a well check. That is tasteless in my opinion. No prescription, no treatment for said congestion, but a charge nonetheless. As I mentioned before we are a family of six with four young children. We pay for our own insurance and copay's, so this is just so frustrating. read more

I have been bringing my children to Phoenix Children's Center for the past 12 years and we love everyone there! We have seen all the doctors, male and female, and all the nurses and have dealt with all the office staff. I feel that this office is extremely professional and courteous. The doctors and nurses are always gentle and caring with the kids. I have never had trouble getting in when I need to. I love the location and the easy parking lot access. Dr. Lednicky is very knowledgeable and caring, but we have like every other doctor there too! I would highly recommend the practice! read more
