My supervisor had an early flight out of Phoenix back to the east coast, so I contacted Maricel at Phoenix Black Car for ground transportation services from the Westin Tempe to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Since her flight was at 6am, they added a $30 early bird fee which was fine. I confirmed the pickup the day before the scheduled ride, so I was confident there would be no issues. Additionally, I was contacted at 1am ET via email informing me that the driver was changed to Kim and the driver would text my supervisor on route to the hotel. Her flight was at 6am MT and the pickup time was scheduled for 4am MT. The driver never showed up at the Westin! When she tried to reach Phoenix Black Car service, she received an automated message saying, "they are currently with a client and leave a text or voice message and someone will respond as soon as possible." Can you imagine how frustrated and helpless she must have felt stranded in an unfamiliar city at that hour? She later received a text saying they are sending her a Lyft and the car arrived 30 minutes after the hour. The Lyft driver insulted her and referred to her as "spicy" when she did not make the shared car service request, nor did she have any communication with the Lyft driver prior to the pickup. Thankfully she arrived at the airport in time for her flight. When I followed up with the company to find out what went wrong, I was told they were unable to locate the driver at that time. Ultimately, the payment was reversed and credited back to the card used to reserve the reservation. I couldn't be any more disappointed with this car service company and I would never recommend them to any of my peers or colleagues in the Phoenix area. read more

I found Phoenix Black Car on Yelp and I'm SOOOOOO glad I chose them for my convention. My point of contact was Maricel! Her customer service was top shelf and she answered all my questions in a timely manner! (I had a LOT of questions with this being my first time using a car service). Flights were delayed and Phoenix Black Car sent me text and email updates so I stayed in the loop! I paid a little extra for the 'meet and greet' upgrade, and I'm SOOO glad I did!!! My guests were met at the Sky Harbor baggage claim by a professional driver and a sign with their name!! Originally I had planned to use Phoenix Black Car for pickup only, then schedule an Uber for the return flights. Maricel and the team took such good care of us, I decided Uber was no longer an option. :) If you've taken the time to read this review, it's because you're trying your best to choose the right company. Choose Phoenix Black Car. They've earned my business back and deserve this 5 star rating. read more

Phoenix Black Car is truly top shelf from start to finish! I've trusted them with transportation for our conventions for the past four years, and I honestly wouldn't use anyone else. Maricel is absolutely wonderful to work with -- responsive, professional, organized, and always makes sure every detail is handled. Her team of drivers is just as amazing. They're punctual, professional, friendly, and take incredible care of our guests. We use Phoenix Black Car to transport our celebrity guests, so reliability and professionalism are extremely important to us. Year after year, I receive nothing but wonderful feedback from our guests about their drivers and overall experience. After four years of consistently exceptional service, Phoenix Black Car has earned my complete trust. When I book with Maricel and her team, I know our guests are in great hands. Five stars all the way! read more

Phoenix Black Car sets a very high bar for car services. They are always on time with clean, well maintained cars. Their pricing is competitive with like services. Their communication is excellent with the client, notifying you the status of the pick-up while you are still on the plane, with regular text updates until pick-up. Driver Anthony (who has picked me up several times), is the best. He is both professional, courteous and personable, ready to engage in conversation when I initiate it, but also gives me space for quiet if that is my desire. He is a skilled driver and knows the roads well. I cannot recommend Phoenix Black Car highly enough. read more

My family just received exceptional service from Phoenix Black Car. Maricel booked our car and driver with ease - we were confirmed within minutes and all our specific details were clearly understood and handled with precision. Communication was clear, timely, and professional from start to finish. Our driver arrived early, was impeccably courteous, and made the entire experience seamless. It's rare to encounter this level of customer care and attention to detail. 11/10 - highly recommended. We'll use Phoenix Black Car again without hesitation. Thank you sincerely! read more

The service was great! The dispatcher took time to truly listen to what was important to me and tailor my ride to my specific preferences. Most importantly, she did not try to sell me services I didn't need. Brian, my driver, WAS AWESOME! He was on time and dependable, which was most important to me because I had a tight turn. If I'm ever in Phoenix again (or any area they serve) I would definitely use them again. I give them the highest possible recommendatio! read more
