I've stopped going. I need to use ONE lousy machine and one lady and one man monopolize it. They…read moreeach do time on it and switch with each other and no one up front gives a crap. The machine is the recumbent elliptical stepper. Then you have another guy that works this machine so hard I can't believe someone hasn't stopped him. I am waiting for him to bust it and not get a replacement. The reason the two people have to behave like this is because Planet Fitness doesn't seem to want to get an additional machine which may help this. 3 of us went up to the counter to complain about having to wait and wait for this ONE machine to be free. In fact, every time I went to tell one of the non verbal attendants, they basically just smile at you as if it just wasn't going to change. I didn't even have to say which machine it was because they were well aware and told me they get multiple complaints a week. I would think if a number of people complain about the same thing, someone would make an attempt to do something about it. I tried contacting higher ups. That is a waste of time also. There are disabled people or people who are limited to what they can use. Also the TVS have no sound and no way to get it. I've heard other PF's have sound for their TVS. And someone else said people sitting on the "rare" machines on their phones as if they're on a park bench. Whoever designed this place has no clue what is needed. Also, they could use a machine that you can sit on and do waist twists from left to right. I can't stand on my knees to do it as I've had knee issues. The place is geered to muscle heads and treadmill users. I enjoyed going at first but this incumbent machine which I NEED to use has become so popular that going morning or afternoon you have a hard time accessing it. And, we all feel bad when we're on it cause someone is waiting in the wings. I've had people come up to me and I've asked people how long they would be on it. That isn't fair to any of us. No one wants to feel they have to shorten their time because someone else wants to use the ONLY machine available. I only gave it 3 because they all know about this problem and have for a long time.

Spent a week in the area on vacation, and worked out here during the week. Awesome establishment!…read moreFrom the minute I walked in I was welcomed by everyone. This is the type of place where everyone knows you're new, so they come over to introduce themselves, and everyone says bye when they finish their workout and head out for the day. The environment was super supportive, with everyone working out together and encouraging each other. All body types were present and welcome. I wish I were staying longing so I could hang at F2 a bit more. The place is literally next door to the Kalahari Resort, so don't waste your time at the hotel gym. I stayed about 20 minutes away, but it was worth the drive. By all means if you live in the area, you have a gem here. Take advantage of it, and grab a membership. As for equipment, everything you need is here. Dumbbells to 120+, 2 power racks, hammer strength ISO stuff, it's all here. Thank you all for the hospitality, I can't wait to visit again!

It smells, the equipment is old and rusty, and the owners are extremely unresponsive. I canceled my membership a year ago, yet I am still being charged. Their so-called cancellation process consists of leaving a note with one of the two front-desk employees and waiting for the owners to contact you--which they never do. There is no clear or reliable way to cancel, and my calls have not been returned. At this point, the entire situation feels like a scam. I am reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and disputing all unauthorized charges. I strongly recommend avoiding this gym.
