The gym is well equipped, well lit and the people extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It is available 24/7 which is great for commuters and those up all night people. Lockers are available for temp use and for rent by the month. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase.They offer personal trainers and have a DDP yoga class on Wed and Fri at 5pm. I did not give 5 stars because I always feel there is room to improve and grow and the owners are continuously doing that. You never know what new equipment or classes you will find ! This is the type of place where everyone knows you're new, so they come over to introduce themselves, and everyone says bye when they finish their workout and head out for the day. The environment was super supportive, with everyone working out together and encouraging each other. All body types were present and welcome. I wish I were staying longing so I could hang at F2 a bit more. The place is literally next door to the Kalahari Resort, so don't waste your time at the hotel gym. I stayed about 20 minutes away, but it was worth the drive. By all means if you live in the area, you have a gem here. Take advantage of it, and grab a membership. As for equipment, everything you need is here. Dumbbells to 120+, 2 power racks, hammer strength ISO stuff, it's all here. Thank you all for the hospitality, I can't wait to visit again!
