But that's about all I can really put in the pro category. I'll break it down super simple: - Whatever you do, DO NOT sign the year long contract. It's the one thing the owner put time and effort into (because it's definitely not towards the upkeep of the facility). - Not female-friendly!!! - The equipment is dirty. - A lot of things especially in the cardio section are broken / janky. - The positioning of the cardio equipment is weird as hell, unsure why we have our backs/butts facing the gym. Just makes me so uncomfortable. - Majority of the wipe bins are empty mid way through the day, I have no idea what the staff is doing apart from just chilling at the front desk. - College gyms & basement gyms are better in regards to quality. They could do so much better, there is a lot of potential! You are NOT getting what you pay for unfortunately.

Certain times of the day this place is swamped but I have also been in where it's been quite quiet. Depending on my mood, both atmospheres are cool. This is definitely a no-nonsense type of place where you can just pop in your headphones and get to work. There is a smoothie bar as well as some RTD protein and energy options as well. My favorite barber has his studio right inside the gym. No added fee's or maintenance things that you get from other gym's in the area, and the monthly price is right in line for the best in the area.

When I first joined years ago, it was unlimited classes, and then it became limited, which sucked but now there are no large group classes moving forward. However instead of 12 classes a week for $85 a month, it will now be only one class a week, for 8 weeks, for $150. That would be $9200 for 8 weeks if still going by their original class sched. Which is completely insane and setting you up for failure or major debt, especially in this economy. This is all because they are extremely money hungry and only want to cater to the people who will drop several hundred dollars a month on their lackluster gym that does not even have actual gym equipment. Members who have been there since the beginning, and helped her business grow, are treated as if they never even mattered and just told they can go elsewhere. They don't care about their members as a whole, they just see you as dollar signs and what benefits they can get out of their high ranking members whom are in the community. Also, they are advertised as a women's fitness club, but they have coed yoga, where random men are constantly coming into the building and peering in your classes while you are in your classes, which defeats the purpose of a womens fitness club. I believe energies are real. Here you receive great vibes from those at the very top whom you might not even realize they are to blame for building this phenomenal facility until later on - some of the most humble folks I've met in my few years. I think their prices are reasonable, their service is terrific, And they offer a variety of modalities in their massage therapies. I definitely recommend them and would certainly give them a try. I recommend the online version because they don't have a full-time receptionist, as far as I can see they do return phone calls and will acknowledge by text or email your appointment if they can accommodate you.
