I come here with Erica when we are hanging out late because we work night shifts. This restaurant closes until 0400, which I appreciate so much because hits different when you are drinking and looking for a warm meal. Servings are filling. Prices are okay. Tastes fine with not much of a stand-out from other places that serve same or similar dishes. Have to order at the cashier located in back of restaurant. Plenty of parking, but a few homeless people walking around the area and looking into your cars. Just store valuables and belongings in your trunk with covered sheets. Very dim lighting at this restaurant that you have to lock in when you read the menu. But, many tables and booths to house a lot of customers and there is not a reason to rush because there is no waiting line. Staff does their best to cater to customers, but may mix up orders or forget to refill water. They tend to scan the room, but you need to call them over to get them to you because they will not initiate with check-ins. Recommend that you come here if you want to stay at a restaurant for a long time at a very late time

It was late and felt like to have some pho. But most places were closed. So I came to Pho Tai in Lakewood. I had the raw beef and brisket pho and the appetizer spring roll (Vietnamese) and fried gyoza. The bill came to about $28. The spring rolls and gyoza were ok, pretty typical. The pho's stock was ok and the pho was decent. The beef wasn't bad. All in all it was ok. I guess that I just had to pay a bit more for the convenience of having pho at late night.

Great for a late night pho craving. I really enjoyed the pho itself a lot more than the fried rolls. Although they were decently sized, they were a little too crispy and the sauce was lacking flavor. The service was also very welcoming and accommodating even though the restaurant was packed at 2am.

T4 meal. Chicken teriyaki with egg roll.

Food is awful, I got a chicken teriyaki meal. The chicken is dry and couldn't even poke it with a plastic fork. Rice was dry. Egg roll was huge and not cooked all the way. The price online showed $5 cheaper on every dish, once you show up they charge almost $20 a dish. Dingy and poor cleanliness as well as poor customer service. Never going back again.

Honestly, I stop here often for late night boba which is mid at best. Tonight I got food with a friend. It wasn't anything I expected. I asked for chopsticks and employee left so I got my own haha. The food. My friend ordered red curry, that isn't red curry, Idek what it is. I ordered beef broccoli, it came with no flavor or sauce on it. It was basically marinated beef strips and some slightly steamed veggies. Spring rolls were dry and used shredded ice beef lettuce and peanut sauce lacked flavor and was really runny. I probably will stick to my last resort 3 am boba now and never come back. Ps. The Thai tea is really good. Also the place is awkward. It could be nice but half are used as storage.

4/27/2021 8:30pm SERVICE: Service sucks when we went there for dinner We have to ask for things we needed, like napkins and extra lil plates They didn't check back with us to refill our water and hot tea We paid for strawberry lemonade that they forgot to bring They were understaffed Only two people working up front They both serve and cashier FOOD? Meh, had better in other PT Ordered Pad Thai did not look or taste like the normal. Look like a stirred fried with some noodles, a little hint of the pad Thai taste. Everything else we ordered were ok SOCIAL DISTANCING: Forget it, they are too busy to monitor who's coming in or going out. Too many people were in there at one time. Everyone just sit yourself wherever you want . They sat a huge party close to our table. However, they do have some table that are closed off but it's still too close to each other Hope this helps‼ Happy yelping‼

Stopped in for a bowl of pho this cold morning. Immediately greeted by server and seated. Drink order taken. We ordered pho ga and pho Tai. I got the medium bowl and my partner the large. We also ordered a spring roll to share. They were large! The peanut sauce was excellent. Our bowls were served piping hot, just like we expect. We requested extra toppings and were immediately supplied with another plate. We took half our bowls with us. The food was very good. Service good. Price with tip $32.

I recently met up with a friend from high school here for lunch, and this visit was extra special…read morebecause we hadn't seen each other since we were about 17! A LOT of life has happened since then, so we definitely had plenty to catch up on. Neither of us had been to Bloom Thai before, but we both love Thai food, so we decided to give it a try. This place is definitely different from any Thai restaurant I've been to before. It's super small, with only a handful of tables. You order at the counter, grab your number, and find a table. They also have a big jug of cucumber water that was so refreshing! They didn't have my usual yellow chicken curry, so I decided to try something completely different--the drunken noodles. I honestly had no idea what I was ordering, but OH MY GOSH... I was in love with this dish! The flavors were fantastic, and they topped it with deep-fried basil. I'm not even kidding when I say I think I've dreamed about that crispy basil every day since! It was SO good! The food was definitely the star of the show for me, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I think this is such a fun little spot to meet a friend for lunch, especially if you want somewhere casual and different. That said, it is VERY small, so I personally wouldn't choose it for a family dinner with a bunch of picky eaters or rambunctious kids. The menu is also a little different than your typical Thai restaurant, so definitely keep that in mind. For dinner, I'd probably order it to-go and enjoy it at home. But for a girls' lunch or catching up with a friend? Absolutely! Great little find, and I will definitely be back for those drunken noodles and that amazing fried basil!

The husband, who was serving, checked in several times to make sure I had everything I needed. The chef also stopped by my table when she came out of the kitchen, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pork belly was very crispy(an additional fee), but too salty for my taste. The Pad Thai was good, although not the best I've had. The noodles were cooked well, and I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce. It did not come spicy, but chili sauce was available to add some heat. The spicy omelette tom yum soup had a great balance of mild spice and sourness, and it tasted very authentic. The texture of the fried omelette after soaking in the soup was not my favorite, but that may come down to personal preference. The Thai iced tea had a good balance of tea and condensed milk, although it was sweeter than I prefer. You order at the counter, and the food is brought to your table afterward. Water is self-service. They also have a helpful sign explaining the ordering and seating process for first-time guests. The restaurant was very clean, nicely decorated, and had a great ambiance. I especially enjoyed the small area showcasing the chef's history and journey. Overall, the warm service and welcoming atmosphere made the experience memorable.

I definitely shouldn't have thought jajangmyeon as my first option but I was also super hungry and it was the cheapest thing on the menu, while I was also thinking it wouldn't take that long. Plus they were open early which was great as we were in the area around 10am! When we arrived, there was a older gentleman who greeted us then looked like he was prepping for the day. He can speak Korean and English just fine too. Once we were ready, we placed an order of jajangmyeon and egg rolls and he brought us out banchan. I did ask for more daikon but he seemed to have forgotten or maybe left as his daughter was there delivering food, tea and taking orders. She was a lot more attentive, she would check in on customers and was very friendly! Also it turns out that my boyfriend's friend who he has known since high school was that female employee, so for those saying the owners have changed, they have not. There is plenty of seating at this food court as well as other options from sushi, Korean food and and this spot that serves Korean-Chinese food. The lighting here is a bit dark but it is light enough to take different photos. It's not too cold nor hot either. You can also leave your plates, utensils and trash on the table and someone will come get it. The jajangmyeon was really good, I was surprised as I feel like there aren't too many places that have good jajangmyeon in Lakewood but I can say it is way better than the other places that serve in the area. I usually don't scoop up the sauce but it was actually really good. They offer kimchi, onion and daikon for their side dishes which I think is perfectly fine. They do offer refills and when I asked for more daikon, the kind female employee even gave me extra vinegar. My boyfriend said the egg roll was pretty good too. We look forward to coming back!

I came in right at 11:30 to all the hot fresh food looking soooo good. I ordered the 2 meat plate with a side of pancit. I got the dinuguan and the pork sinigang. Dinuguan had nice chunks of pork meat in it, not just fat. Sinigang was nice and hot and sour. Pancit bihon was flavorful and the noodles were not dry. To the people complaining about the owner being rude, he's not. He kind of has a bit of a harder tone of voice (if you have a Filipino dad or Tito's you know what I mean) not uncommon for Northern Filipinos, but that doesn't mean they're mean! I asked the owner what part of the Philippines they're from and he said he was from Pangasinan, Northern Philippines and I told him my family is also from Northern Philippines. He was quite nice and asked me if I've been here before and I said it was my first time but that everything looked really good. He thanked me for coming in and was very hospitable in the "Tito-way" that I miss from my uncles. You can taste the love in the cooking!
