The first local Asian Milton small businesses I was introduced to. Coming from Mississauga where there's an abundance of Vietnamese restaurants, it was a bit sad to leave that all behind. So I was happy to hear there was a couple of pho options in Milton! The restaurant has a large dining room to accommodate groups of all sizes. They are well staffed and service is friendly and fast. First time here and tried the pork & shrimp fresh roll and the basic house special pho beef noodles. Always gotta get the house special to try when going to a new place! The broth is lighter here, and less flavourful than what I'm used to. But it's still a comforting bowl and the portion is good. The fresh roll was also well portioned. However not too much pork and shrimp inside, but it had more vermicelli stuffing. There's a lot of room for improvement, but still glad there's something in the neighbourhood to satisfy a craving for pho!

We were craving vietnamese food and happy that we stumbled upon pho Milton! We called for take out and the food was ready for pick up in under 20 minutes. They only take cash or debit so do factor that in. We ordered 2 vermacelli plates and it came to under $30 with tax. The food is delicious and generouslly portioned. It was delicious even at room temperature (by the time we got home). I we ordered the b74 and b61 which both came with a spring roll which was great to and went well with the plate. Authentic Vietnamese food in Milton! Highly recommend!

I find that a lot of times I have to be weary of highly rated restaurants in smaller cities. Since I'm from Toronto, there tend to be more options where the food qualities will be higher. Milton on the other hand is a much smaller city with much fewer options, so Pho Milton might get the high ratings for being the best pho restaurant in town, but in my opinion it is not very good. We ordered the appetizer platter, an XL pho with rare beef + tendon + tripes, and seafood pad thai. One consistent thing I noticed was that the portions were smaller than the foods I can get at a pho restaurant in Toronto, such that there were less meat and less noodles. Flavour wise the food was decent, though I did leave feeling thirsty, so there was definitely MSG put into the food. In terms of service, the waiters tend to be pretty slow and not very attentive. For example, it was pretty difficult to flag someone down for service as they seemed understaffed. Also, they didn't voluntarily pick up empty dishes, even when they had to serve a new dish while there was barely any space on the table for it. To sum it up, smaller portions and poor service but decent tasting food. For me, my verdict for Pho Milton is: "meh, I've experienced better".

Food is a 3.75 out of 5 IMO, but the person I was with enjoyed it more than I did. Service is speedy, they don't talk to you much and so you write your order in their form and hope they understand your personalisation options. Bubble tea was good, more of a slushy with milk though. Ambiance is super casual. There was an approx. 15 gallon fish tank with large fish that looked cramped and sluggish and the water was aosr opaque. It made me feel bad for the fish, get a filter and a bigger tank for those big fish! Prices were reasonable, no complaints there. They have a great array of sauces and chilies at the table but if you're picking up your order they charge 50c for a tiny amount of one, so I recommend pouring it on your food at pickup. If you're a pho fan, this is a great place.

We have been to Pho Milton twice now. On both occasions we were greeted at the door and seated immediately. Shortly after we were seated, we were served tea and given our menus. The menu is fairly extensive with plenty of choices of soups, vermicelli dishes and rice dishes. The first time we ate here, we ordered the vegetable spring rolls and were very disappointed to see that they were served in regular spring roll wrappers rather than rice wrappers. The spring rolls tasted good, but were more like a Chinese spring roll. On our second visit to the restaurant, we ordered the pork spring rolls and this time we were happy to see that they were served in a rice wrapper. They were piping hot and delicious. Other items we tried were egg noodle and rice noodle soup with barbecue pork ground pork and seafood, Tom Yum soup with beef and rice noodles, the house special pho and steamed rice with beef curry. All the dishes were quite tasty albeit not as good as at some of the Vietnamese restaurants in Mississauga. This service is friendly and efficient in the restaurant and bathrooms are nice and clean. We will probably return to this restaurant.

Steamed rice with egg, bean curd with shrimp, grilled chicken, and shredded pork skin.

Apparently this is the first Vietnamese restaurant that opened in Milton. I'm not surprised as there aren't that many. I think the only other restaurant is Pho Mi 88. My boyfriend and I are glad we found a good Vietnamese restaurant close to his area. The servers are friendly, fast, and efficient. He got pho with rare beef and chicken. I got steamed rice with egg, grilled chicken, shredded pork skin, and shrimp bean curd. Both our orders came out quite fast which surprisingly shocked us. Both our meals tasted good. I really enjoyed the shrimp bean curd. It was hot and crispy just the way it should always be. We will be back when we are looking for Vietnamese food.

The beef here is perfect. We ordered the steamed rice with grilled shrimp, fried egg, and grilled beef, BBQ beef ribs w/ fried egg on steamed rice viet style, and some pho dish. Portions for rice dishes were ok, but with the pho is enough to fill one person up. Note* do not eat one of the peppers they have to the side of the table unless you can handle extreme amounts of spice and have something cold to drink nearby. Mistakes were made, regrets were had.

This is our first time coming here as it has a higher review than the other pho place in Milton. They many many variety of Vietnamese food... more Canadian Vietnamese/Chinese food. If you are craving for Asian food in this area, this is the place. They have rice, soup noodle, vermicelli and they do have lunch special for $7.25 (not available on holidays). The inside restaurant is tight but clean. They do have some booth with tv. Neat but not sure if it is good for eyes as it is way too close. Pho noodle XL was good size portion and soup was tasty. Pad Thai was dry... noodles were stuck together. The pork chop and chicken with steam rice and egg were alright... they marinated the meat well but they were too thin compare to other restaurant. They were good flavor but dry. The 2 servers were really friendly. The service was very prompt. I will definitely come back to try something else on the menu.

Everything was fresh and hot. Great selection with average pricing. Easy to find with lots of free parking. Quick service. Rolls were made to order. Soup was piping hot and sizes were generous. The broth had a different flavour. Described at the table as charred beefy, bacony and vinegary. Not the flavour I'd choose but still very edible. read more

Plenty of seating on a Saturday night. I enjoyed the Pho, it was very flavourful. They also had those tiny chili peppers on the table, which you don't always see. I was less happy with the lack of napkins at the table. They give you one of those tissue-thin napkins and expect that to last the whole meal. I actually ended up going into the bathroom and getting some paper towels. read more

Went to Pho Milton for dine in experience as the ambiance is much nicer than other traditional PHO places in and around Mississauga, Oakville, Toronto.... Love the décor and neat idea having TV's at every booth. Service was very good, warm and friendly staff. I also appreciated how they serve on plates separating meat/noodles/veggies almost in a quasi deconstruction method. Food quality: OK but not great. I find it lacks proper seasoning especially in sauces. Left my taste buds disappointed. Now I am a person who likes spicy (but not crazy heat so you can taste food) and their "Spicy" had virtually no heat. Trying taking up the spice level with hot sauce on the table it helped... a little... but they seem to be catering to people with little to no tolerance for heat. Oddest thing was the Mango Salad. Never have I experienced a Mango Salad with pork & shrimp? and an attempt I guess at north american fusion by adding a N.A. style salad underneath with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers... Nothing really BAD to say about PHO Milton in fact they win hands down for the dining environment, its the food in terms of flavour that leaves you feeling mehhhhh... read more

Used to come here a lot and then when the Pho Mi 6? (69,68,66...I forget which number) opened we switched over because their broth was tastier...however - now that the Pho Mi is now Pho Metro - Pho Milton is back to the best option in town. Over the past month, we've been 3x & each time the Pho has been consistently good. Very tasty & good value for the price. It's not as good as Pho you could get in Mississauga but for Milton - it's the best. Food comes out fast when you order but service is slow & not friendly as it used to be 10 yrs ago (when it was run by an older generation). read more

This is one of the better pho places I've been to in a while compared to all the ones in philly and nj. The vermicelli and pork is so amazing in portion and flavors we went back the next day again just for it. However I gave them a 4 because I ordered a small pho one time and didn't feel like they give you enough meat with it. read more

Excellent! Four of us had an excellent meal here. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the food was fresh, hot and delicious! The bbq pork with egg noodle soup was outstanding, as was the house special rice noodle soup. Stir fried beef with lemon grass and hot pepper in vermicelli, pork and spring roll vermicelli bowl, stir fried chicken with satay sauce and vermicelli, and chicken and spring roll vermicelli bowl were also extremely good and the portion sizes were huge. The service was good and we were feeling welcomed there. There is a big selection of dishes and I took the beef with vermicelli and my girlfriend took the shrimp/beef and vermicelli. Both dishes were good but the beef was a bit cold and the seasoning not as tasty which was not as enjoyable as it usually is for me when I eat vietnamese food. The bubble tea they make is really good! I would comeback to this restaurant. read more

I got bubble tea from this place one time, just to be fair I'm reviewing the bubble tea.. The food is decent. Anyway, they charged me close to six dollars for a TINY cup of bubble tea that tasted like medicine. I urge you, if the owner reads these reviews, please change the recipe and stop using powder to flavour your bubble tea. I would have been content paying that much for such a tiny cup if the bubble tea was satisfying, I kid you not, I've downed cough syrup that tasted better. The menu is extensive and it was a challenge settling on just one but finally settled on stir fried chicken, shrimp, and beef with veggies on rice vermicelli. My dining partner had a grilled pork chop, fried rice, and fried rice. The entrees were competent (yet not spectacular), plentiful, and decent value. A nice change from the usual quick service fare. The room is fine. Again adequate without being spectacular. Lastly, we had enough to carry next days lunch away.

I brought my family here after a recommendation from a friend…read more There is plenty of free parking. They open at 11 a.m., and we were first in line. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and within five minutes it was completely full. My dad ordered the specialty beef bone rice noodle soup. A second bowl came out just for the bone--holy moly! His only complaint was the noodles; he didn't care for the wide noodles. My sister got the bún bò Huế. The broth was excellent and approved by my parents, and it came with a generous amount of meat. My mom ordered bún cá and really enjoyed her meal. Each soup-based dish came with a plate of fresh vegetables. I ordered the grilled specialty platter. It was a lot of food, but everything was delicious. I also tried the salted iced coffee, which was just okay. They accept cash or debit only. Service was quick and efficient, and we were served tea as soon as we were seated. I highly recommend An Ngon Vietnamese Cuisine.

The restaurant was spacious and could seat a lot of people, but from other reviewers on Yelp, this place can get very busy. We were seated immediately and service was prompt. We ordered the following: 2 X Grilled Pork and Spring Roll with Vermicelli 1 X Grilled Chicken with Spring Roll Vermicelli Both the grilled port and grilled chicken were tender, and very flavourful. The spring rolls were crispy, large, but lacked a bit of taste compared with other restaurants. Overall, both dishes were good as well as the service. I would return to try Pho next time.

I recently visited Pho Milton and had a disappointing experience. The restaurant requires customers to write their own orders, and no server comes to your table unless you get up and go to the cashier at the front. We were never asked if we needed anything or even if the food was good. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, we discovered that they only accept cash or debit, no credit cards. The signs stating this inconvenience are written in black and white, making them hard to see. We asked if the dishes we were interested in were spicy and ordered them based on their suggestions. However, the food was terribly spicy, making it an unpleasant dining experience. Overall, we had a very bad experience at Pho Milton and definitely won't be going back. read more

Recently renovated. Located in a plaza in milton, enough parking spaces. The restaurant is neat and looks fancy. The place has a hint of "old" and modern look". Bathroom is well maintained and smells nice. I think this is the best pho place I've ever been to. I have been to many Pho restaurants and this place by far, has the best service and best tasting pho. They have personal TV's on some of their booths, which I thought was nice. They are slightly cheaper than most Pho places and yet their servings are slightly larger too. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to try vietnamese food :) read more

Pretty good pho if you happen to be in Milton. When we visit family here we tend to stop in for a bite. Service is pretty good as well. Overall a decent place to eat that isn't too expensive. I always get the special pho which includes everything. Also try the spring rolls, they are excellent. Rice dishes are not too bad either. read more

Just like other reviews, didn't expect Pho of this level @ Milton Solid broth, love the deep bowls, very clean & trendy interior atmosphere (especially relative to your "average" pho decor) Great service staff. As good as it gets for Pho in a cozy town. read more

Just ok! I felt I…read morehad to say something about this place. It's a small place not too many tables. They only had 1 table of 6 and a table of 2 while we were there. No service at all!!! I mean zero!! After 20 minutes I took it upon myself to go get menus from another table. I waited again and I went to the counter to place the order (no it's not one of those places you order yourself and then sit down) I then went to the counter and asked for takeout containers. The only service we had was the food being delivered to our table, and if I knew when the food was going to be ready I would grabbed it myself. They were busy with takeout and food delivery (Uber eats etc) and couldn't care about the customers sitting down. Really disappointing! The chicken pad thai was just ok, I would say that it wasn't pad Thai, I could swear that there was ketchup in the sauce, not even a taste of tamarind. I will not be going back! Unfortunately I would not recommend this place. Service is everything now, there are too many restaurants to choose from.
