If you are looking for good pho in auburn, this is your best bet. The house broth is wonderful and very consistent. I haven't tried many other things on the menu, but as far as I can see, everyone I see when I go in seems satisfied. The staff is incredibly attentive, and (this is my favorite thing when eating out) always fills my cup up as soon as it's even half full. The dining space is also a fun space with eclectic elements, so even just looking around can keep you entertained. This is easily my most visited restaurant in town, and if you are hoping to try something new, I would definitely recommend giving them your business! read more

I stopped in for lunch today. I had A2-Shrimp Spring Roll and N2-Rare Steak Pho. I ordered the large bowl because that's how I roll. I'll think twice next time, then do it again anyway. I enjoyed the Spring Roll but was dissapointed that they were out of balance with to much lettuce. If they lose some lettuce and find some basil they would have been best ever. I stayed in Auburn for two months during 2023. I ate at the restaurant at least three times a week. I never had anything less than amazing food and service. Excellent pho and huge serving. Very similar to authentic ones you will find in Atlanta. However, what I don't understand is why they charge about $13 for a chicken fried rice that isn't even big in serving or has something special to it compared to what you would find in another restaurant that costs about $8. read more

Our noodle dishes were pretty tasty and the service was good. We got the fried eggs rolls too, which were only warm and a little hard, almost like they had been cooked awhile ago and just microwaved. The price is a definitely expensive for vietnamese food but the service is decent enough. On to the food... the pho is very obviously not made from scratch and they take a lot of shortcuts in making the broth. If you go to a different city with authentic vietnamese food, you'll immediately know the difference. The banh mi is far from authentic as well. They were fresh and the peanut dipping sauce was delicious. I ordered the PhoGa, which is the chicken noodle bowl. It was ok. I wish the chicken was a little more seasoned, but I am a novice to Vietnamese cuisine so maybe that's how it was supposed to be. The broth was delicious and the fresh herbs in it were yummy. The service was superb. The staff was very attentive. We were asked a dozen times how things were and if we needed anything. This is definitely one of my go-to places when I want something different and good. Never disappointed. Today we got Chicken Curry, Pork Banh Mi, & Chicken Vermicelli Noddles. We also got wontons as an app, but those disappeared as soon as the came to the table! So good. Everything was fresh and made to order. It's usually never crazy busy when we go and I love that. This place is so so good. That staff is some of the most pleasant people I have been served by. The portion is big enough to spit into 2 meals honestly, so it's definitely worth the price. I usually get the Sautéed Lemongrass Beef, Egg Rolls. The meat is seasoned really well and the vegetables that come on it are cold and crisp. The egg roll comes sliced on top, which is helpful in splitting it up through the meal. The sauce they serve with is kind of like a duck sauce, but with vinegar added to it. Whatever it really is, it's quite scrumptious and tastes fantastic over the top of the meal. Again, the staff is extremely helpful and polite, whether you're eating in or calling takeout. The Pho here is just average. Not incredibly flavorful as I have had at other places, definitely not a bad taste at all. Just .... bland. The broth in Pho is supposed to be light but still have a strong taste of onions, ginger, and beef but I find the broth itself here to be a bit lacking in the smokey flavor it should possess. This place is always busy, and I am happy for them but that is really because there is a lack of competition in this area when it comes to Vietnamese food. Honestly, its a bit pricey as well. $9.25 for a small bowl of Pho, when you can go to almost anywhere in Mobile and get a large bowl for that price. All in all it satisfies my cravings for Pho when I have it but is nothing special overall. I will try one of their bahn mis next time and see if it impresses me more than the soup. read more

I was looking forward to eating at Pho Lee after seeing reviews. I drove 10 miles to Pho Lee. It was supposed to be open until 9pm. At 8:35 PM the man who I believe is the owner told me that they were closed. I showed him on the front of the business that they are listed open until 9pm but he did not seem to care. I tried Pho Lee for the first time on Thursday. I was impressed with decor and most of all the friendliness of the staff. It was not busy, but still everyone I encountered was helpful and nice. My server (I am sorry, I do not remember his name) patiently answered my questions while taking my order. Even though I ordered take out, I was checked on while waiting and offered drinks. Best of all, they helped me take my food out to my car! Is that service or what! Now to the food! I ordered spring rolls and they were delicious! The veggies were fresh and crunchy and the peanut sauce was delicious! My daughter had pho with chicken and her boyfriend had pho with flank steak. They enjoyed it very much. I'm always on the hunt for some good PHO since I travel a ton with my work. I found this place on yelp and I was greeted immediately when I arrived! The atmosphere has a nice, cozy authentic vibe. Great menu selection; where I always order my pho-thentic pick of the Pho-Tai with included all the fixings (tendons, tripe, and all) which most won't order, but this place had it all! Long day working / traveling so I ordered through Tiger town delivery which is awesome. Had Chicken w steamed rice & veggies. Very little julienned veggies. The entire meal was one note of way too much saffron. It was impossible to get around this over powering spice & taste anything else. The sunny egg was out of place for this meal. I could see w red meat but not w chicken. Had Vietnamese egg roll as well. Outside was perfect flaky wrap. Inside was mushy. Gross. So it was $31 for about a $9 meal.
