Husband started out with the egg rolls and ended with the V1 (grilled pork on top of vermicelli noodles). He added some eggs rolls to his order as well as that is his favorite. He noodles were super flavorful and so was the fish sauce that comes with it. My pho was super tasty. The broth was great and they had loaded it down with beef. This is a review of our Takeout meal. Nothing tasted good enough to get again. The last time we got takeout, which was last year, everything was great. This time the ribs were tough and chewy, the fried rice tasted bland, the shrimp spring rolls had no herbs, just shrimp, lettuce, rice and tasted bland even with peanut sauce. Fast forward to my time in South Carolina and one of my biggest "misses" besides In n Out Burger was that amazing Pho. I'll keep this short and sweet. We really love this place! One of my favorite items is the Vegetarian Pho. I ask them to hold the noodles and they add extra vegetables. The broth has a complex flavor that compliments the vegetables very well. Excellent to dine in and add hoisin, soy and/or sriracha. As for to-go they do an awesome job as well! Everyone here Is extremely nice, and they are very helpful with describing things on the menu. I had never had this episode before. They also give you a free drink for leaving a review or liking their Facebook page that you have to make sure you do it in front of the employee. Wow! Easley is stepping it UP! I was thrilled that Easley was even going to have a Vietnamese restaurant, and I'm simply over the moon that it's incredible, too!! The inside is larger than I was expecting from the outside, and everything is new and clean and pretty. They have booths on both walls and tables in the middle. I was seated immediately and ordered green tea (Lipton-comes by the pot). The chicken spring rolls were super fresh and the peanut dipping sauce was thick and sweet (I want to say molasses-y), but it was crazy good. Then, the Pho. I got steak pho, and it was incredible. The noodles were good and you can use chopsticks at the table if you want. There was tons of flavor and had both white and green onions cooked in. The steak was thin and cooked until very tender. It had some fat on that, but that definitely just added to the flavor. They have chili sauce, hoisin sauce, and sriracha at the table, and brought a ton of basil, mung bean sprouts, cilantro, a lime wedge, and jalapeño slices to add as desired. The works! It was busy, too, but I still got everything very quick and my water was never less than half full. Prices are very reasonable and I can't wait to go back. (Also, it's in a strip mall off Calhoun Memorial Highway so parking is not an issue.) read more

Food isn't bad. I'm glad that Easley area finally has a Vietnamese restaurant so when I am craving it at work, they are just a quick phone call away to order! I ordered the udon, I will have to say my only problem with the entree was that they used the wrong noodles for the soup. This dish is called "banh canh" in Vietnamese and the noodles are thick as udon but not actual Japanese udon noodles.. the soup itself was great with plenty of meat in my bowl! I was super excited that they offer a veggie pho (100% veggie broth) that is just as delicious as any other pho. We have eaten here twice. I go to the nail salon in the same shopping center & knew about this restaurant because the owners of the nail salon own this restaurant. We went before the virus hit and the food was excellent. We planned to go back, but had to wait till they opened back up to inside seating & took my nephew & his family who were visiting from Virginia. They were used to getting good Vietnamese food & talked about pho which I had no clue what it was. My husband & I had pad thai which was very good & big servings. My relatives had the pho & they said it was delicious. Huge servings. Everybody enjoyed their food. Excellent service, friendly staff. I wish them much success as it seems they strive for excellence.
