She was very apologetic; she had been cutting onions in the back. I ordered the Bulgogi Bibimbap. I couldn't decide on which meat so she made it with all three meats-chicken, beef, and pork. The pork was the most tender. It was delicious. I loved listening to her story. She came here from Taiwan, Taipei, over 30 years ago without family and she has stayed and made a successful local favorite business. She moved into her current location about 2 years ago.
