Wow! Not sure who is in the kitchen tonight, but.... I'm a regular customer. I paid, as I always do for extra side garnish with our large rare steak Pho. Not o ly did I get 1/3 of the portion this evening, but didn't even get what it's suppose to come with. NO cilantro, no green onion. Shorted in the meat, and the worst part was the broth, which is the essence of the dish, was dark brown, and tasted nothing like they've ever served before. Trying a new spot next week. This is a quaint little spot, like most good Phò joints. I ordered the typical shrimp and pork spring rolls, which are quite large, but tasty. The sauce they include with them, while really good flavor, is a bit too liquidy in my opinion. It seems to not stick on the roll all that well, but it is still good. I order the medium combination Phò, and it is very fulfilling. The broth is clean and delicious even before I add my extra Sriracha and Hoisin and all the other things. I like mine a bit spicy. The meats were tasty, though the brisket seemed a bit tough to me. I love tendon and the chunk they had in there was larger than I've seen at other spots, but it was delicious. Though I'm not a fan of tripe, I never bother to remove it, and it was actually decent. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is cozy. I will happily return. Visiting in the area, we stopped in after looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant. Since it was a hot day, we skipped pho and had their spring rolls and a noodle dish. Both were tasty :) The spring rolls were fresh! Noodles had a very peanut-y sauce, but cooked veggies and shrimp were done well. The avocado smoothie was tasty and boba was nice and soft. I snapped a photo of what I received, the pho broth is barely filled half way in the to go container (the broth does not even cover my noodles when in the bowl) and I literally got 4 small pieces of tofu not to mention I can count on one hand the number of veggies I received for my soup. I have been to MANY Pho restaurants and this one of the best I have been to! The Pho soup was fantastic (great broth and LOTS of meat!) My daughter said her sesame chicken was the best yet too! Tastes great....yes. But, I've never been to any Pho shop that I didn't think the eggrolls with the noodle bowl weren't amazing........except here. I would not order with the eggrolls again! Last time we were in the area was about two years ago. I remembered how much we liked it last time. But after reading a bunch of the latest reviews I was a bit concerned but we decided to risk it. My husband and myself both ordered the number nine. It was just as delicious as the last time. I am really confused about some of the reviews that I read. It's almost like they eat somewhere else than we did. Other reviewers complained about the service but our service was extremely friendly and very attentive. They also complain about the pho having no flavor but our Pho was very flavorful, the meat was tender and all the side fix things were very fresh. And the regular serving is just huge. Good Pho at a good price. Grilled Beef Roll appetizers are Good. No Alcohol. The service was adequate. Pho for breakfast!! My mom has a membership to the foothills rec center, so once or twice we meet there to work out, the head over to Pho 92 for breakfast. We are not much for eggs and bacon so we were super happy to find something non traditional (at least, as far as American fare goes) for a 9:30am breakfast.
