Although I was really looking forward to it, the Pho was just average. Portions were large but the flavor just wasn't there. Not going back. read more

Craved pho and didn't want to drive too far so I came here. It was ok. Nothing stellar. And service was average. I chose the small portion of the seafood pho. The broth lacks flavor so I added pepper and chili sauce. The shrimp was a little rubbery. But I guess they cater to general taste buds. Parking in shared lot. read more

From the moment we were seated, the service was incredibly rude, he had his earbuds in and all. I said hello and was completely ignored, and when I asked a simple question about a menu item I was glared at and had eyes rolled at me like I was stupid. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our meal. Completely deplorable customer service that I've never experienced before. Never was checked on once and waited over 20 staring at all my dirty dishes before walking up to pay my bill only for the same person to take off and make me wait longer. Makes me wonder what they are doing to the food in the back. read more

We were so excited to dine here and we were very disappointed with the experience. I don't even know where to start. The beginning was great. We were seated quickly and our server was there to take our order. I loved the look of the restaurant with the beautiful murals on the wall. We placed our order quickly. Then it all fell apart. Our food came out but only 3 of the 4 meals. It was clearly a mistake on their part but no apology at all. The pho (11) was horrible. This party was accustomed to eating pho and this serving was not good. The spicy beef was tough and dry. The service that started out so well quickly became terrible. We had to flag our server down for everything: Drink refills, to go boxes, the bill - and it's a small place!!!! Now the billing - I hardly ever include the receipt in my reviews but I wanted to be clear - they charge for refills!!! The drinks were $3.75 EACH!!!! I had the iced tea. Just plain old unsweetened tea!!! I was charged $3.75 for a refill. When I asked about it there was a hesitation and then a response of yes we charge for refills. If you go here to dine, I hope that your experience is 200% better than ours. I will not be returning and I am a second chance person. May our experience be an exception - that does happen. Good luck if you choose to dine here. read more

Excellent! Our go to for Pho takeout! They are quick to fill takeout orders and always delicious.

The food and service are always great! It's off the beaten path, but if you're in Castle Rock and have a craving for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this is the place. read more

Pho 777 was very fast. We had a short lunch time available, and they took our order immediately and we waited maybe 5 minutes for our food. It was so good and was not too pricey. Overall great place to eat! read more

We came on a rainy Tuesday and it was PACKED. We had to wait for seating since there were no tables (if that doesn't tell you how good the food is), but we got sat within 5-10 minutes. The place was crazy, AND there were only 2 guys running the show at first. From taking orders, answering the phone, bussing tables, to still cracking jokes along the way, the food was AMAZING. Some were getting inpatient, but these guys were running ALL over the place and somehow keeping up with everything. It was such an impressive show to watch and we have so much respect for this place. Really frustrating to see people not understanding their situation during rush hour, but they were working incredibly hard to appease customers. Food wise, highly recommend the spring rolls but the crab wontons were to die for! We will definitely be back for more :-) read more

Came here for lunch on a rainy Monday solo. They weren't too busy and I was seated immediately. Place isn't too big but it's cozy. I went with the chicken pho (small - $12+). Good subtle flavors in the broth and a fair amount of noodles/fixings. Kind wait staff, fresh & quick food ... enjoyable experience. read more

Fav local pho spot. I crave this when I am wanting comfort food. It's healthy, flavorful and light. I love the pho but also the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce are so good! read more

Awful pho. Broth had zero flavor, price was way too expensive for what was served, didn't seem clean & the egg rolls were flavorless. Soup wasn't hot either. The side dishes for basil, lime, bean sprouts were really skimpy. Not going back, full stop. read more

Overall: 7/10 Food: 9/10 Service: 5/10 Ambiance: 5/10 Value: 7/10 I'm here all the time - I get the Pho #6 Large. It's delicious and wonderful. The service is always dodgy. It's typically the same 2-3 guys. They bust their asses but for some reason they can never bring the check to the table. They pretty much seat me and take my order and then completely forget about me. I have to go up to the front for the bill and to get a togo container. I see them check on other people and bring them their check. I'm literally in here 2-3 times a week and they never remember me not check in once the food comes. Not sure what that's about. Luckily, I love the Pho here so I keep coming back. read more

Go to Pho 5 in Castle Pines. Comparable quality, but 20%~30% less expensive and honor military discounts.

Ordered takeout. Asked that food be ready by 5:20 pm. When I got there at 5 pm, it was already sitting there waiting for me. Food was already cold when I got it home, and when I opened sacks and containers, it was not attractively prepared nor very good. Ordered crab wontons, pot stickers and beef pho. We have eaten there before, and this time, it was a real disappointment. read more

I like this place a lot! I order take out from here often and everyone is always nice and friendly and the food is always good!

I was so disappointed. I just ordered Chicken Pho to go. I get it home and put it together, heated it up and began to eat it. The chicken tasted like it was cooked and shredded yesterday and left in the refrigerator uncovered. It had that refrigerator taste to it. I ate some of the noodles and I ate my spring rolls as those were good. The chicken taste totally ruined the entire bowl of Pho. Will not be back as all it takes is one time to ruin it forever. Very sad. read more

We've been coming to Pho777 weekly for the past two years. Never been disappointed. Food is always fresh, flavorful and hot. The minute we walk in a server says "Same" and we say yes. Our go to is veggie pho with beef broth and chicken spring roll--we're in a delightful rut! Keep up the great service! read more

Our typical pho place was closed so we took a gamble and that was wrong! The pho was horrible. The broth was so watered down and had zero flavor. The wontons were overcooked and the green onion on them was burnt. I was shocked to note for take out you get charged $1.50. 2 noodle only pho and a wonton was $45. read more

Really good. Avoid the Vietnamese coffee with dinner. I slept maybe 20 min last night .

Pleasantly surprised to find yummy Pho in Castle Rock as I had heard it didn't exist here. I thought the rare beef Pho broth was flavorful and it had a large amount of all the typical goods to add in. My daughter and I split a large bowl and it was perfect! The milk tea boba I didn't realize was a thick frosty like milk tea with not much flavor , although the boba was the right consistency and yummy. Next time I'll try getting a Thai tea with boba. Service was ok, not extra friendly but food came out quickly. We will be back. read more

Pho 777 - Rare beef pho & milk tea boba - Vietnamese Near Me - Castle Rock, Colorado

The last time I ate there the chicken pho was chewy beyond edible and tasted bad. When I said so- the waiter/owner remarked it was just boiled chicken....duhhh. The chicken and bowl in general was bland. Used to be a regular- not anymore more- looking for a better option in Castle Rock is not easy. read more

Been a customer for 8 years and have always enjoyed a wonderful bowl of pho. They have many other dishes and variants but my favorite is pho tai, or fine cut of beef slices. A small sized bowl is typically enough but adding extra meat really makes it a meal. So why haven't I written sooner? I guess today I realized (for me anyway) how to really differentiate one pho restaurant from another. It seemed for a long time it was like trying to differentiate between one Red Robin restaurant and another. What I've decided is the key differentiation is the broth. Different places make the pho broth differently. This particular restaurant makes an exceptional broth for pho; not salty, not oily, just a real pleasant compliment to the noodles and whatever else you're having in the bowl. Condiments of bean sprouts, jalapeño peppers, and Thai Basil are always crisp and fresh. The restaurant is very clean, the young men who run it are friendly and very welcoming. The service is also quite prompt but I do recommend going as early as you can for the lunch time (opens at 10am). I will also note the shrimp spring rolls (rice paper wrapped vegetables and shrimp) with a delicious peanut dipping sauce was and always is a great appetizer! read more

I've given the food here three chances and each time I am even more disappointed. The meat is always terrible to the point where I can't eat it. Wish we had a decent pho place in castle rock read more

Delicious pho. A bit expensive but the food is good. Take out from a pho place doesn't work very well and the chicken spring rolls aren't very good. Went back and dined in. Excellent experience. Pho was amazing, lo mein was divine and the spring rolls delish read more

Clean place. It has sanitizer near the entrance. Stuff wears masks and gloves (not everyone in gloves, though). We were seated in the booth. Other parties were located far enough from us. So they keep the distance while seating customers. Most of the dishes were delicious and freshly cooked. I wasn't happy with egg rolls though -- too greasy. Fried rice is very delicious. Rice noodles dish was very good. Soup probably not for everyone, but it looked like authentic Pho. read more

Tasty eats. Since it was a pho restaurant both my wife (rare steak) and I (seafood) each had a small bowl, which was plenty for each of us. For appetizers I had the pork spring rolls, served with peanut sauce (which I mixed with siracha). My wife had crab rangoon. They also offer dinner plates with rice. I will be back to try those. The service was very fast and attentive. read more

I love how they always have the food ready fast and hot and listen to all my modifications. Very nice there.

Service was good but the food didn't taste authentic. I got their pho and it tasted different from what pho should taste like. I wanted something soupy and did enjoy the meal but it just tasted different than authentic pho. Their vermicelli noodle bowls are pretty good though! I would settle for it from this place if I wanted something in CR read more

The Pho here is pretty good and authentic. This place reminded me of a Pho restaurant in Wheaton Illinois. We dined in because for me Pho is not the same if you do carry out. There dinning area Is pretty big. We were greeted and sat immediately. We had a party of four. There menu is small but I like it that way. You normally come to a Pho restaurant to have Pho so keeping it simple is a good. We tried a Chicken Pho, a steak and meatball Pho, shrimp noodle bowl, and some beef fried rice with vegetables. Everything was prepared well and taste authentic. Server was very polite and made sure we had a good experience. Being our first time here I would say I would return. It's good comfort food and a quiet place to enjoy the evening with friends and family. read more

The food is...there, but I have had better pho in the area. The broth was not as flavorful as I had hoped. They're spot on with the boba tea and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely a smaller restaurant but it is clean and have the standard hoisin sauce and sriracha. I would recommend Pho 777 if you're in the immediate area, but I would say it's just okay and nothing to write home to mom about. read more

It's food. Not great, not the worst but the pho broth had no flavor and the presentation for apps were not appealing. Ambience is like a typical Vietnamese pho place but the service is lacking.
