An end-to-end great experience. Bri, who answered the phone and Carson, who replaced pump, motor, and controller; and other team members who dropped by with supplies treated me (and my problem) like I mattered. Bri was friendly, effective, and clear; definitely a calming influence. She sent Carson out in less than 3 hours. Carson also was friendly, effective, and clear; worked in the increasing August heat, pulled out the well pipe, found the problem (worn wire coating & bare wire in the well casing) and explained what could be done. While we could have stopped there with the wire, he patiently explained that the pump was operational and though it showed small signs of impending failure, he could reinstall it. At my request (no hard sales pitch from Carson) he went on to replace the pump, motor, and controller (which was discovered to have a failing capacitor). All of this in a little over two hours. Both Carson and his colleagues who dropped by were respectful of me and my property. If the need comes up again for me, I will definitely call Phipps Water Solutions. They completely solved my initial problem, along with the discovered issues. All without a single complaint, impatience, or rudeness. read more

DPWD was running a special for a free well inspection. What the heck it's free. Austin called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way, I like this. He was polite and professional per my wife. He did his thing and called me the next day to talk about what he found. He was proactive in his findings, especially when it comes to well access. We discussed solutions and came up with a plan for when the time comes. I couldn't be more impressed. 5 stars all the read more

Micah and Owen arrived today to perform our first well inspection. Not only were they were polite and courteous, they were extremely knowledgeable and reacquainted my husband with the system. They completed their inspection quickly, causing minor frustration for our dogs. Retiring from construction ourselves, we know the importance of yearly maintenance and appreciate the kind reminder. Thanks to Micah and Owen's excellent service, moving forward, we will be using DWP on a yearly basis for our maintenance. read more

We had a leak on our well freeze spigot that was causing loss of pressure on our well. Austin and Micah replaced a seal at the bottom of the spigot. The work was performed in a professional and quick manner without causing any impact to the house water supply. Dennis Phipps Well Drilling Inc. are a superb outfit. I recommend them to anyone who needs Well related services. Second to none. read more

I needed a well to be professionally abandoned and called Dennis Phipps Well Drilling. I received an estimate within 2 days, and accepted the estimate which was fair. One week later (very timely) Ryker came to abandon the well. He was professional, hard working, knowledgeable, efficient and did a very nice and clean job. I am 100% pleased! Thank you! read more

We had, what I thought was a leak at our well. I contacted DPWD and asked if they could come out and take a look. He did explain that it was most likely a irrigation issue. Not the well. He did put me on their schedule. Austin came out to survey the issue and said we would have to dig it up to be sure. The issue was corrected new parts installed and we are now back up and running. Big shout out to Austin and Matt. They did an excellent job, explained what was happening, answered all my questions and were in and out very quickly. If you need well work these are THE guys to call !! read more

I have used DPWD twice now and both times were very good experiences. We had our pump stop working on both occasions and they sent out technicians first thing in the morning. The young men they have working for them and professional, friendly and respectful. They also DO NOT price gouge you because you are having an emergency. This last time I was only charged $125 for the service and repair of my unit. read more

Great initial customer service! I cant say enough the friendliness and willingness to help on my initial inquiry here mark was for a new AG well. Information into the process, and direction needed to start was gone over in detail even though I wasn't on the radar as a new client soon just being in beginning phase of research for my needs. No wonder they have great reviews. I'm looking forward to getting what i need to get done first and giving them a call back. read more

Today, mid-morning I got to my chores. Got animals watered and fed. Then turned around for another chore, and FOUND I had no water, nothing. Switched the power off, checked everything I could. NOTHING worked. I began calling anyone who said they were open, who would answer their phone. I was visibly upset. I could care less about me. It was the critters. Tears ran down my face as I was scared and terrified. No more bad things...please. Dennis Phipps answered. We talked. I sent him pictures of the switch, and explained myself, my disability etc. He didn't waste one moment, he got here as fast as he could. I was in tears, as I was so glad to see him. He took a look at things. I shut power down, and he replaced the power switch at the pressure tank. That was the only thing. I was terrified that the well pump had burnt up, that a line had burst...I was just shaking. Could have been far worse... He answered his phone on a Saturday, made the trip all the way from Caldwell, to make sure I had water. I could not have asked for a better person or company. Profound gentleman, and human being. read more

Our well pump went out on a Friday night. I left messages for several well repair companies. DPWD was the only one that returned my call. Mark came out Saturday morning and repaired our well pump. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything to my husband and I as this is our first experience with a well. Mark also told us there was an issue with the control box. He brought out the manufacturer representative to fix the issue at no charge to us. Mark and Austin came out yesterday to address a vibration noise. Mark also replaced a sensor. After each visit, we received a phone call from Mark to make sure everything was working. My husband and I highly recommend DPWD for any pump or well concerns. They will get the job done. read more

My wife woke up during the night to get a drink and found we had no water pressure. Woke me at 0800 and told me the situation. I went and reset the breaker to no avail. Walked the water line between house and well and saw no issues. Sooooo -of course this was a Saturday- got the info on the company that had installed the pump, Adamson. Gave them a call a little before 0900 and was told they would have a tech call me back. After an hour with no call back, decided to look around. Ended up calling this fine company. They said that they had a tech fairly close working on another job, but that he would call when he finished. A couple hours later I got a call from Mark who said he was 5 minutes out. After checking things out it turned out it was simple fix. The system is 21 years old and Mark gave us a number of options if the problem came up again. If and when we do update, DPWD will be who we call. You can depend on that. And speaking of depending, Adamson did get back like they said. A tech called us- Monday!! YOU be the judge on who to call when you need service, read more
