Luckily I was right across the street from this advance auto parts store. A sweet woman named Autumn was working and came to my rescue! I was physically unable to change the tire and she and her coworker (I can't remember his name - he was super helpful too!) helped me get the right jack and some wheel chocks to change the tire. Autumn and her coworker were so incredibly helpful. They were literal angels that helped me when I was desperately in need. Autumn's husband worked across the street and he, Autumn, and her co-worker helped me change the tire at night in the cold. I will always be a loyal Advance customer moving forward. Air/fuel sensor. Yikes! I had a 9 hour drive ahead of me. I purchased the sensor and the first place the auto supply recommended wouldn't use my part I just bought and couldn't get me in for two days! My daughter's friend recommended these guys, on a Sunday, these guys got me in the next day, early, and had me out and on my way home in less time than he quoted me on the phone! The place is clean, pleasant and the guys had no problem using my new part that I brought in! It was a great experience. Worth the drive folks if you're in the Asheville NC area!!!! And as far as the cost, I think it was very fair.
