CROOKS that are extremely sexist, racist, with even worse attitudes! DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! I've used these people for over 3 years but never cared for their attitudes so it was always begrudgingly however recently my 23 year old daughter's check engine light came on so I sent her to these guys. They charged her over 150$ for a 12$(from the dealership which should tell you something) gas cap after running diagnostics on his "7,000$ machine" if the owner said it once he said it a half dozen or more times and said 7,000$ machine determined it was a gas cap problem which HE changed and charged WITHOUT calling me or my daughter for permission to do the supposed 150$ job. She drove the car approx. 6 miles and the check engine light came on again. This is a 2016 car by the way still well under manufacturers warranty we just went to these yahoos because of COVID 19 to not go into Asheville so it's not like an old car we are dealing with... Anyway the owner spoke condescendingly down to my college educated daughter treating her like a total idiot and was VERY short and rude to her. Well the light came back on so who is the idiot he doesn't even know his own profession even with his fact-checks 7,000$ machine to do the work for him! When the car was returned the next day ONCE AGAIN he took it upon himself to decide to "SUPPOSEDLY" change a valve that would cost 250$. I guess us women folk or "granny" as he called me a 43 year old double bachelor degreed professional woman because I called him out on his complete BS, lies, and lack of professionalism because said 250$ valve is not even a valve that would go on a private occupancy vehicle it's a valve specifically for air breaks on a transfer truck. If this business could be given a negative five it well deserves it! After getting off the phone with me ordering him not to perform anymore work on the vehicle because of his untrustworthiness he then literally threw the paperwork at my daughter and stormed off grumbling for his older female employee to refund my daughter for his mistake... aka 7,000$ dollar machine's supposed mistake... 7 whole dollars!!!! Truly the WORST business I have ever reviewed or had dealings with! He is also very verbally abusive, rude, and unprofessional to his staff which I have witnessed multiple times on previous visits. I would drive to Montana before I would EVER let these people change a light bulb no less actually work on a vehicle I or my loved ones would drive. The lot looks like a junk yard for a reason because you get total complete JUNK work and attitude topped off with LIES and fictional repairs and needs! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more
