Phil's Round 2 used to be a decent place to go, but within the last year they have really gone down hill. My family went there for a fish fry and the only thing decent on the plate was the fish-all of the side dishes were horrible! One member of my family will eat almost anything, and he wouldn't even touch the side dishes. We paid $10/plate, for just two pieces of fish, because the rest of the food tasted like crap! Another time we had gone there shortly after having the fish fry and we had purchased coupons on Restaurant.com. They told us that would be the last time they would accept those coupons, even though we had purchased them over a month before Phil's decided not to advertised on Restaurant.com. So, now we have 5 coupons we purchased, that he won't honor. I will never go back to his restaurant. read more
