I never added the door, because he would be drilling on a wall where the other side is brick. Yes, I have a real brick wall in one of my bedrooms! It was nice looking when it was done years ago, but now it is a burden. Stanley always responded timely via text and phone calls. He always arrived on time for consultations and appointments. Matter of fact, I just assumed he would be late as most contractors seem to be late. He was ahead of schedule, which is a major plus for me. He made me get the supplies, which at first made me really nervous because I don't know anything about handiwork/construction. I'm not going to lie that frustrated me, but it also motivated me to become aware of the parts going into the projects. This is my first time doing home improvements. I sent him pictures of the supplies. He ok'd it and the supplies I purchased worked out. He does quality work. He had assistance from his also equally friendly business partner. His pricing was fair and there were no surprises when payment was required. When he presented the final product, I was so pleased. I will be hiring him for future projects. I have already made a list and he is getting me quotes as we speak. Check with his payment methods prior to hiring him. Awesome job!!!

Job started, In at 9 and leave at 11, in at 10 leave at 2, no show 2days. At the end of the 10th work day (Uri) and 33 hrs. on job I called super for help (Omar). After the 13th day I gave up on the idea of bath b and I called the main office for help (Bryan & Christina) and asked please come out and just look at the job being done here and tell me if this is the quality of work you represent. Omar finally came out and said I can't believe this and this will have to be redone. They were having trouble scheduling and we had our spring vacation coming up so we gave them the keys to the house and said we will be back on this day it's all yours. Returned home Sunday afternoon at 4 (one week on vaca and 6 weeks after job start) and Troy is loading up his tools. The main room is 90% and at this point I'm happy with that but I walked into the bath and nothing had been done there to finish, the same as (Uri) left it, missing base board molding, unfinished drywall. If you have anything beyond 1 man, one day, patch and repair stay away. Poor supervision, poor follow up.

We had a disaster when an insulation installer punched two huge holes in our bedroom and family…read moreroom ceilings and caused cracks in three other rooms. We were extremely distraught, fearing that our home would not be corrected properly and that its resale value would be significantly compromised. To complicate matters, we have popcorn ceilings and did not want three rooms with flat ceilings while the rest of the house remained textured. We decided to have the damaged areas corrected to match the existing popcorn texture. We asked the insulation installer to contact Humphrey Drywall of High Point, NC, as we had previously used them for a small job with excellent results. Brian and Speedy from Humphrey Drywall did a fabulous job restoring our ceilings to perfect condition. They are true miracle workers--there is absolutely no discernible difference between the repaired areas and the rest of the ceilings. They are one of the few drywall companies capable of working with popcorn ceilings, and they are the absolute best at their craft. I wholeheartedly recommend Brian and Speedy, at Humphrey Drywall, for any drywall or painting projects. If your home still has popcorn ceilings like ours, Humphrey Drywall is the only company to call.

This was to include front porch and convert 2 car garage to a primary suite and laundry/mudroom. The quality of the work was sub par. The crew seldom used framing squares or a level during the build. This resulted in obvious sub par finishes. Door casings not aligned or level, caulk was heavily relied on in order to cover up gaps and errors. Frank used the framing carpenters for all detail work instead of hiring skilled tradesmen. We decided to purchase on our own specific quality materials because Frank took many short cuts and purchased cheap materials, again ignoring best business practices. Frank frequently was not here for supervision. Often, this resulted in things needing to be redone. He received his final payout and disappeared leaving his business sign and our side entrance without a handrail, which was to be compled the next day for safety. There has been NO FOLLOW-UP, no contact from Frank to inquire about our current satisfaction.
