After submitting the title, it took over six weeks to receive payment, with minimal communication throughout. I was repeatedly told the wire transfer had been sent, yet no proof or documentation was ever provided until the funds finally arrived. This directly contradicts their "Sell Fast. Get Paid Faster" claim and reflects the same payment delays, lack of transparency, and unfair treatment described by many other dissatisfied customers. What made this experience especially troubling was an inappropriate and offensive comment suggesting the delay was "likely due to my name being of Hispanic descent" and bank screening taking longer. That explanation is unacceptable and makes no sense. An apology in response to this review is unnecessary and would do nothing to change what happened. There were multiple opportunities to fix the payment delays in real time, and those opportunities were missed. Actions--not scripted apologies--are what matter, and in my case, they were absent.

If you're new to Germany, be warned that you don't typically drive off the lot same day - if you're getting a new car you will typically need to spec out and design your car. I then needed help being walked through the intimidating (but I'm the end not too complicated) process of getting insurance, registering my car and then going to the factory to pick up my vehicle! My car was delayed because of COVID, which was a bummer but it was nice that I was able to get it before the country shut down! Since getting the car, Daniel has been really responsive in answering any questions I had. The only minor concern I had is that none of the paperwork was in English, so I constantly had to use a translating app or Daniel so I knew what I was signing.
