Bought a car from the dealership and first week had a couple major issues with the vehicle. The…read morefirst issue they resolved In a reasonable amount of time. Got the vehicle back. Had it for another week or so and the transmission decided to go out. No big deal. Gave it back to service center for them to fix because it's part of the 1 year warranty. After about a month with no update about how long it's going to take I decided to get involved in trying to see how long it's going to take. They said they had ordered the wrong parts and that they had no idea when the new parts would be ordered/arrived. Chased them around for another few weeks trying to get answers then they finally said they ordered the transmission but had no idea when it would arrive. Another couple weeks goes by they finally get the part then tell me they don't know when it will get fixed because they weren't going to fix it in there shop due to being busy. Mind you I've been waiting 2 months at this point. Another week or so goes by and they just keep stringing me along not knowing how long it's going to take yada yada yada. They finally tell me it's at a different shop and the maintenance has started. More issues with the vehicle and doing quality insurance drives. Finally after 2.5 months. I get the call that it's done. I go in to pick it up. A nice lady is helping me and then Edward Armstrong walks in. He's being very aggressive with me for no reason telling me that if anything else happens with the vehicle to take it elsewhere. That's not the deal. I have a 1 year warranty with them to fix it is what I said. He decides he wants to square up acting like he wants to get physical and aggressive trying to tell me how to be a mechanic. That's not my job. The individual finally walks away. The nice lady at the counter had no words. By far the worst customers service I've ever had. The worst I've ever been treated at a place of business. I go back in to give them the courtesy vehicle keys and ask for this individuals name. He comes flying in acting aggressive again like what did he do wrong. I tell him. Tell him it's the worst customer service I've ever had. He continues to be disrespectful and smug about it and walks away. Absolutely flabbergasted that this took place.I would not recommend using this company for a used car.

Of all the shops I called, they were the nicest, most accommodating and the price was nice. I had replaced the same size tires and a similar brand (not Chinese tires) three years ago and paid much more per tire. They had it done in under two hours and the car rides amazing. The guys also knocked out a 35 point inspection to give me a little peace of mind that my aging SUV is still rocking solid!

From the first interaction via text to the test drive, Rob put my husband and I completely at ease with the process. We honestly expected a typical 'used car' experience with a salesman saying anything to get us to buy...you will NOT find that attitude here. Rob was professional, in a friendly and easy to talk to manner, and their intern, Ben, was just as nice outgoing as well. Rob and Ben were able to put us in a car I never imagined I'd be driving...so they really helped make a longtime dream of mine come true. (I included Ben, because he refused to go home until he knew what the outcome for us was going to be. (Hang onto this one, PMA.) You can look at other places, like we did, but ultimately you will do yourself and your wallet a favor by coming here. Be sure to ask for Rob, he won't steer you wrong.

My experience with Micha's Autoservice was a combination of quality workmanship and inconsistent…read morecustomer communication. I brought my truck in after it failed inspection due to two issues: the handbrake and the right reverse light. From the beginning, I provided everything the shop requested, including my USAREUR registration, VAT form, and the official inspection failure report. I understood that some replacement parts had to be ordered from the United States, and I never expected the shop to control shipping times or unexpected mechanical complications. My concern throughout the repair was not the delay itself; it was the communication. As the repair progressed, I often had to initiate contact to obtain updates on my truck. When I asked whether the remaining parts had arrived and requested an updated completion estimate, some of my questions were met with defensive responses rather than straightforward customer service. During one conversation, I was asked whether I expected to be informed about "every single screw" being moved on my vehicle. I was also told that accepting my truck without an appointment had been "a favor," even though the shop had agreed to perform the repair. From my perspective, I was simply trying to obtain timely and accurate information so I could plan accordingly. Had proactive communication been provided from the beginning, I believe much of the frustration experienced by both parties could have been avoided. To the shop's credit, communication improved significantly during the latter part of the repair. I began receiving shipment tracking information, regular status updates, explanations regarding the wheel bearing repair, and advance notice when the truck was ready for pickup. When I collected the truck, some of the repairs were explained to me before completing payment. Most importantly, the repairs were successful. My truck passed its follow-up inspection without any issues, confirming that the mechanical work was completed correctly. Good customer service is measured not only by the quality of the repair, but also by how customers are treated and kept informed throughout the repair process. Micha's Autoservice clearly has capable technicians, and I hope they continue building on that by providing more consistent communication from the beginning of every repair. Although the repair itself met my expectations, the overall customer experience did not. For that reason, I believe a three-star rating fairly reflects both the quality of the repair and the level of customer service I received.
