My goal was to have a nice car that can drive well in the winter and of course to have some pick up speed.

The branch itself is clean, well organized and clearly marked for the service you are looking for that day. You are always greeted by a friendly rep at the door to ensure you're heading to the right place or getting an appointment if you aren't sure. From mortgages to car loans or other banking needs, the advisors are always incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They understand your needs, provide advice or feedback, show you the numbers and potential alternatives, and then set you up for an easy checkout experience. I could not more highly recommend NFCU and this Cherry Hill branch!

This isn't just for the bank because you actually can't call into the bank. However, this is for…read moretheir customer service. The only people that you can contact on the phone. They get you in acting like you're going to get a low interest rate on your car loans, they tell you interest rates from like 3.5% of 17% however they can't even tell you what criteria needs to be for what bracket of interest rates. I've never taken out a loan where they couldn't tell me what criteria you to meet to see if you even wanna do business with them. Technically you could have perfect credit and you can meet all the criteria and still get 17 percent interest rate if that's what they want to give you. It is a scam. Stay away from them. They lure you in on false pretense and then can't answer any questions which as a financial Institute they should be able to answer all questions. A car salesman could answer more questions about finance than their own financial institution can answer. They lost my business on that. Could've made a lot of money off my loan, I've been with the banks and their credit cards for over 15 years, I have a personal relationship with finance as well. So this leads me to believe that they have under trained staff. Ignorance is no excuse. For anyone who's reading this, in case you are unaware, as many people are, when they run your credit if you decide to not take out a loan with them, it will drop your credit by 20+ points. If you don't take the loan, it looks like you've got denied. Therefore them not being able to answer your questions properly could result in you dropping into a credit score bracket that you won't be able to get lower interest rates because they suckered you in. If you want to Bank with them, they aren't so bad they have benefits other banks don't have. But it comes the cost because there's only one location in the entire state of New Jersey.

This company is a disgrace. Don't believe their fake reviews--these people are rude, dishonest, and…read morecompletely unprofessional. Their store manager gave me a verbal payoff offer of $3,500 to release my car title. I'm an Uber driver. My car became unsafe to drive due to airbag and catalytic converter issues. I missed two payments because I couldn't work. Carvana offered me $2,100 for the trade-in and agreed to pay OneMain $3,500 directly for the title release. They would roll the remaining $1,400 into my new loan. When I called OneMain's Aramingo office to confirm, they lost their minds--yelling at me like I was their child, putting me on hold for 20 minutes, refusing to cooperate. Then they pulled a bait-and-switch: suddenly the $3,500 payoff became $6,100 just because Carvana was involved. Let me be clear--this is predatory behavior. They are exploiting people who are already struggling. Now they act like carvana will pay them fake money or something like that. Otherwise what is difference between me and carvana as long as $3500 is paid to them. I tried to explain them 10000000000000000000000000000000 times that I do not have $3500. I've filed complaints with BBB and CFPB and with state general . If you're considering OneMain, run the other way. They will lie to your face, change the terms, and bully you when you're vulnerable. This is my experience with them. Be aware
