The downside was coming back to get an oil change and inspection; I was there for 3 hours. Outside of Luis and the Spanish gentleman with the man-bun, the professionalism is lack luster at best. The sales manager has quite the obvious ego and it comes out when he speaks to customers. Everyone is bro, babe, sweetie, "ma nigga" etc. He certainly talks down to people (not me, but I witnessed it with a disgruntled customer who had a miscommunication with another employee). Walls separating the customer sitting area from the sales team would do wonders for this place. If the goal is to get a car for a fair price, I'd recommend checking Philly Auto out. But, if you want that factory dealership feel and treatment, look elsewhere.

On car gurus there is no notification of this either, I filed a complaint with them as well. Now normally I would have just left, but the salesman was good and after I walked away he called me and we were able to make a deal over the phone the next day. Now here's the rub, I couldn't get back there for two days, I offered to put down a deposit on the car to hold it for me. ( non refundable) to show that I was serious. I was told not to worry about it and that it would be there. The day before I go to pick up the car I get a message in the afternoon saying it was sold. Naturally I was upset, and even though there were many apologies I was basically told that it was sold to someone for more money than the deal I had in place. Now, had I been outbid in the moment then I would have no leg to stand on and would move on, but I had a verbal agreement in place and they did not honor it. Needless to say I will not be giving them my business, and you shouldn't either. If you cant trust the front of the house then how can you trust the back of the house?
