They were able to apply a promotional deal and coupon to help lower the cost, although replacing four tires was still a significant expense. Despite that, I felt the recommendations were reasonable and the staff was transparent throughout the process. The visit took a little longer than expected, but the associate I worked with was helpful and kept me informed along the way. Overall, the service met my expectations, and I appreciated the thorough inspection and professionalism from the team.

Absolute worst customer service at Z Brothers Services Center. Avoid this place at all costs…read more I came to this place to get a routine state inspection. They told me the wait would be one hour, so I agreed to stay. After waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes, I went to the front counter to check on my car. An employee with name Steve on his shirt was incredibly rude, actively ignored me, and told me he had no idea how much longer it would take or when they would even start on my car. When I pointed out that I had already waited nearly an hour and a half, Steve just muttered "sorry" and walked away from me mid-conversation. At that point, I decided to leave and ask for my keys back. When I asked where my car was parked, Steve vaguely gestured "there" and walked away a second time. I went out to look, and my car wasn't anywhere near the spot he pointed to. I had to go back inside and confront him again because my car was completely missing from that area. So when I had another issue with something different, I went back a week later. I explained my problem. Terry came over first and said, "Yeh...it's broken." (It was my cover for my gas tank...I could not get into it b/c it was stuck. 3 people at a gas station worked on it to help me get in b/c I desperately needed gas and finally the outer cover broke trying to get into it and then we still could not get into the actual tank because the other piece would not release.) Terry went back inside and threw my cover on the counter and walked in the back. I stood there for 3 minutes. Nick looked up after getting off the phone and said, "Is he helping you?" I said that I didn't know. He went in the back. He came back annoyed and said, "I guess I have to help you b/c he's busy." So I took him outside and showed him the problem. He put the cover back on and said it's fixed. I asked him not to shut it b/c this is the third time this happened and I didn't want to get stuck not being able to get gas again. I asked what we can do to fix it. He said that it WAS FIXED. I said it can't be b/c it keeps happening and it's gonna happen again. He said what do you want me to fix? I said the cover to the tank. He again said it's fixed and I don't know what you want me to do." I said, "Forget it, I'll go somewhere else where they'll help me." He got really mad at me and started screaming at me that I was making no sense and shouted what do I want him to fix. I said, "You're the expert! I have no idea what needs to be repaired but it's not working properly." He continued to scream at me. At that point, I said, "I don't like the way you are talking to me. You are treating me this way b/c I'm a woman." I am positive this is the case b/c I cannot imagine he'd scream at a man this way. Literally screaming and turning red! He got even more mad when I said that, screamed some more, and walked away. I left and went to another garage - Millevoi's - where they could not have been kinder. 3 gentleman- all equally nice- took the time to help me. The owner spent 25 minutes trying to get the tank open b/c by the time I got there the tank would not open...AGAIN. Just like I told Nick would happen!!!! The owner charged me nothing! He went in and printed out a picture of my tank to figure out exactly what needed to be ordered in order to repair it. He ordered it and is getting it in next week for me. I will never go back to Z Brothers and I would recommend no one ever go there.

Note that I am a real consumer, not the usual shill who is really the owner, employee, or someone who gets paid to post fake five star reviews for crooked companies. Unlike most if not all other car repair joints, Kelley's owners genuinely care about their customers. Try them and you will see what I mean. Kelley's always keeps their promises and gets repairs done on time at the quoted prices. Their rates are the same as everyone else's but you will end up saving a fortune because they only do necessary repairs and often discourage repairs if it is in the best interest of the customer. I have never seen any other auto repair shop do that. Just this week, I told Eric that I would be willing to pay more than $2,000 to fix my old car but he talked me out of that extensive work and into a mere $360 fix, which by the way worked and even got the "Check engine" light to turn off, an unexpected and wonderful bonus! Kelley's has ASE-certified mechanics and cutting-edge equipment, so you cannot beat their expertise and effectiveness. The neighborhood is safe and clean. There are many million dollar houses within a block of the shop! My one complaint is that you are required to make an appointment two or more days in advance because they have such a loyal following. But overall, you ain't gonna beat Kelley's with Aaron Judge's bat. All claims made in this review can be verified by getting estimates from Kelley's and two other ASE-certified shops for the same repair. Kelley's will always be competitive and likely be the cheapest due to their refusal to do unnecessary repairs, which is how most shops make a killing.

Great price, I approved it no problem. Brought my car in today and when it was done, I was notified that the total was $415. I called to ask why the difference between the estimate and the total and was told that the estimate was for one tire. I asked why they would send an estimate that isn't for the entire job and the owner basically started to yell at me over the phone saying the car needed two tires and would I like him to put one of the old ones back on, otherwise basically to go F myself. All I wanted was for him to say "sorry for the miscommunication on the estimate" and we'd be good. But I couldn't even get a word in as he's talking about "this is how I've done this for 40 years" and other boomer nonsense. To send an estimate that doesn't have the total for a job is so completely outrageous and deceptive that I will never be going to this place again. Congrats to them on getting the extra $230 and losing a lifetime, previously loyal customer. Edit to respond to owner: Happy to explain in a little simpler terms since you don't seem to get this. I came and was told I needed to replace two tires. I said ok, please send me an estimate for replacing the two tires. You send me an estimate. When I see that estimate, I expect the line marked "Total" to be the actual total that I am going to pay. Quite frankly I don't care about the itemization above it, all I care about is the total. I'm quite certain the tool you use to send invoices has the capability of changing the quantity from "1" to "2" so that the total shown is accurate for the work that will actually be done. That is the deceptive practice that I am commenting on. Your total was not the total. it was less than half the total. Additionally, since you seem inclined to insult my intelligence (I work in finance by the way and basically do math for a living)...$185x2 = $370. Your total was significantly above that. Happy to take the $45 refund whenever you're ready. Congrats on doubling down here for all to see the stubbornness they'll face when paying your business a visit.
