I submitted to them an APPLICATION my sales person was Naomy. She called me today, stating that they had an APPROVAL for a lender, but I would NEED to either pay $3K down or have a COSIGNER. I advised her that after reviewing their inventory online, they didn't have the car I wanted. She stated she'd call/text me back which she did she then stated the bank is asking for a COSIGNER since I wanted them to order a vehicle. You know damn well, no bank is asking for a COSIGNER for the dealership to order a car. It was your Finance manager. This dealership is a rip off, I wasnt interested in doing business with them after the first person I spoke with who lied to say a manager would call me back and didn't the 1st time. This dealership uses bait-and-switch tactics. My advice is if a dealership lies to you about having a finance manager call you don't bother wasting time for an application. Naomy you need to be retrained you sent me a text first and didn't even state your name or where you were calling from. I didn't like you no way, as a sales rep.
