Unfortunately, my first experience at this dog park was a bad one. My dog is on the smaller side but fits the parameters to be on the large dog side. From down the street, I could see a dog jumping onto another and pinning her down--it did not look like fun, innocent rough-housing. As soon as we walked up, this same dog was barking quite aggressively at mine and exhibited territorial behavior at the front gate. I did not feel comfortable, especially since his owner yelled at him several times from across the park with no success in recalling him (Tito or Titu?). When she walked up to pull him away from the gate I asked if he is a friendly or aggressive dog. She immediately said that he's young and has attacked another dog before--"it depends on the dog's personality." HUH? This is neither your private property nor your dog's to defend. It is a public dog park for dogs to play worry-free and meet friends. I was quite shocked at this and brought my dog over to the small dog side to run around by himself. It was quite a disappointment as my dog is very friendly and just wanted to expel some energy. Beware! Your dog may get attacked due this woman's failure to train her own dog. read more

Phillips Paw Park is a nice, clean and cared for dog park! There's also a climbing wall for kids and playgrounds. There are two separate agility dog play yards one side for small dogs and one for large dogs. There is a huge grassy run between the dog play yards and the school... be careful though because it's like a mine field of gopher holes. It's a great place to take your dogs! We were visiting the Kellogg's West Conference Center for 4 days and brought our dog. This is not far from there. Glad we found it!! read more

This place is really cute! They have a big dog area and a little dog area! It's fairly clean because a lot of people clean up after themselves and they have a dog bag dispenser for waste and a soggy water fountain. There are also a lot of obstacles for your puppers to jump through hoops and go through tunnels and over hills! The little dog area doesn't have a lot of trees so it it very sunny over there, but the big dog area does have a lot of shade! They were thoughtful enough to separate the park into two areas, one for big dogs and one for small dogs. But be sure to check that all your dog's shots are in order before taking them to any dog park or public area. In the afternoons the paw park can get pretty busy, so make sure that your dog is comfortable around all those people and other dogs before letting them off the leash. It's a very cute little dog park for your fury companion to get exercise and socialization so long as they have a strong immune system. Parking is limited, so if you live nearby it might be best to walk there and back. This park had a parvo scare and while an investigation supposedly concluded that the puppy contracted parvo elsewhere, I don't know how I feel knowing that a dog with parvo was there and now the park is reopened. But I like to walk by even without my dog. read more

Nice little park with two separate sections: small and large dogs. -under 25 lbs : small side -over 25 lbs: large side It is clean, has doggie bag dispensers, a little bit of shade, small benches, and obstacles. Parking is really limited on street and residential area is off limits too. My pup loved it here.. nice addition to the city. read more

Such a cute and relatively well-kept dog park with mini-agility courses. However, every time I come there is no other dogs here! And I've tried to come weekends and weekdays. Maybe I'm just missing the crowd. But I take my girl to the park to socialize so we are kind of missing the point by coming here. Sucks to see it so desolate since we drive a ways away since there's not a decent dog park close by to our house! Jk about the part of it being well-kept. This is located inside the Phillips Ranch Park. There are 2 separate areas for Large and Small dogs. There are a few trees inside each area but they're not fully grown yet since they're newly planted. There is also a bench for people to sit inside. Overall, cute space for dogs but slightly smaller than other dog parks. read more

The dog park is very new with great agility equipments although it's small in size. Stocked with plenty of poop bags in both the big and small dog areas. The park is Lcated next to a kids playground with new housing developments literally a few feet away. It was noisy with all the construction going on. We visited on a weekday and there was only one other dog around. Too bad that dog wasn't friendly at all and their owner didn't care to intervene. read more

I ended up coming here, because my usual dog park is closed and I wanted to try something different. This park is really nice! It's really clean, has a bunch of agility equipment, a water fountain inside, benches, poop bags available, and some shade. It's a pretty good size park, because I've seen some that are smaller. Only down side is no one was there when I went (late morning on a Thursday), but that just gave us more time to play on the agility equipment. read more

Today was my very first time taking my pups to a dog park so i was very scared and worried about how they would act with other dogs around. We came on a Wednesday afternoon (12:15-1) and there were 2 dogs there. I walked in with both dogs on a leash and kept it on for a couple minutes because I wanted to see how they would interact. They were getting along well with others so I took them off the leash. My pups were having a blast! I enjoyed the little obstacle course too. I wish I read the review about the parvo scare before taking my dogs though, even though they are up to date with all immunizations. Is there a way to read a report about this incident as well as the prevention measures they went through for the safety of future pups visiting? read more

Great dog park in the nice part of Pomona. Very clean & open for both of my dogs. Both of my dogs are over 25 lbs so we were in the large dog area. Loved that they separated small & larger dogs. Both of my Shar Pei's enjoyed their play time in this clean and great area for dogs. Dog park supplied doggy bags & water fountain for my babies. This will be our dog park from now on. read more

Just visited with my husky and it was pretty dead. The dog bowl fountain is broken and there's no bowls donated to this place yet so bring your own if your dog can't drink from a spewing faucet. Someone left their small dog in the large dog side ( no biggie since my dog is okay with it ) while they took their kids to the playground. When they came to retrieve the dog the kid open both gates while trying to grab it. Parent didn't seem to care and just watched her kid from a distance. Not many dogs when I went around 4-5pm. 3 when I arrived and 3 different dogs when I left. All the dogs minded their own business not really interacting with each other. Overall, I think this park is too new and dead that a lot of people don't know proper dog park etiquette, like picking up their dog's of poo or telling kids that they need to make sure the gate is closed before opening the second one. I'll probably try to visit once more but I still prefer driving further out to the chino hills one. read more

It's really nice having a dog park within walking distance of my home. I try and take my dog during the slow hours cause he's not a fan of other people and dogs. He has fun when we're there though. They have water fountains for the dogs and 2 seperate parks. There's a side for big dogs and one for smaller dogs. Each side has a tunnel a ramp and a couple other pupper play structure stuff. It's right next to a playground and has public restrooms too. read more

Wanted to check out this park but problem was that it was closed. I came about 10:30am and there were chains locking the gates. Not sure why it was closed maybe COVID which is silly. Be careful of an aggressive golden retriever that was in the large dog park area. Any dog that tried to go in to that area got attacked/bitten and the owner did literally nothing about it. All of the other large dogs were forced to go in to the small dog park area. If your dog is aggressive, the dog park is not the place to be. It is a community space and if you own the aggressive dog, you leave! read more

It's nice but a little bit small. I also don't care how it's all dirt, I feel like my dog doesn't care to hang out there cause the lack of space. But it's nice if you are nearby and wanna take your dog somewhere ! read more
