The worst experience of our lives! What was supposed to have been a rewarding time was nothing but…read morea nightmare. So many things went wrong. We moved in February 2021. We still have a "punch item" list that hasn't been fulfilled now in February 2022. We did stained concrete floors & were left with boot footprints in our stained concrete floors, and black sharpe marks were they drew the outlines of were the cabinetry was to be placed. We were told the cabinets would cover it. Nope! It didn't cover it at all! Instead they attempted to scrape it off & add more color to it! It's absolutely hideous! The blue stain is coming off (I couldn't figure out why I kept having blue on my feet)! They refuse to take our calls & flat out have been ignoring us. We also have items that we paid for and never received! Still fighting them on that as well. (PEX Plumbing Manifold and Five phone drops). We ordered fiber glass doors (of which we paid for) only to get wood doors which are now warped! We were told they look like wood but that they are fiberglass. Fiberglass does not warp which was the whole logic in ordering them in the 1st place! We did oil rubbed bronze fixtures throughout the house. We noticed the garbage disposal button was silver & pointed it out. They spray painted it saying it was replaced! Not! It completely peeled/flaked off and is silver! In the master bathroom we have grout stuck on the tile that was never removed upon completion of the job! David, the salesman has come out to our home, took photos of our grievances and said he would get back in touch with us. NOTHING has been resolved! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Do not trust them with building your forever home. If you have any questions, please let me know! I will answer all your questions and send more photos! Do not get ripped off the way we were! We worked hard in building our dreams & this is what Milcreek gave us!
