My car overheated…read more Background: I called my roadside assistance provider and they dispatched the call to A+M. The roadside assistance company dispatched a driver very speedily, and I got a message that the driver would arrive within 60-90 minutes. Then about 10 minutes later the estimate was updated to 18 minutes (approx). This gave me time to also set up a Lyft drive. Tow Info: When the tow driver arrived I saw him from a 1/2 block away (I parked in a very large hospital parking lot!) so I walked over and told him where to find my car as I also saw the Lyft driver at the same time (perfect timing?). Anyway the tow driver was very timely, patient, and kind. My car was delivered to the service repair shop quickly too. Note: I appreciate the tow drivers that do this kind of work because it is labor intensive, dirty, hot, and they deal with angry people who don't really show a lot of kindness. They deserve a bit of kindness and love too ;D

When they finally got their act together and sent Loyalty Towing, I had the pleasure of meeting Ramon. He is such a wonderful person and helped me to forget an otherwise awful day. He was professional, a great conversationalist, and went out of his way to not only drop my car off where it needed to be, but he took me to the hotel I needed to stay at because of the blowout. He offered to stop at a gas station or fast food place as well. Top tier service and I wish I had known about them sooner so I could have called them myself instead of waiting all day.
