Had the tire not held he would have changed it and put on the spare but we made it! Thank you Angel!

I am giving it one star since I don't have the option to give it none. Regarding the owner who was also the mechanic (Armand): * Over charged for services and parts provided * Did not itemize my bill and could not explain the total cost * Did not guarantee the work provided * Unprofessional and combative * Refused to listen to the car the very next morning after repairs were completed as it was still making the same noise I had taken it in for * He said, "Maybe you're just hearing noises you want to hear" instead of asking me to bring the vehicle back in to listen to it as a professional should have offered up front * Stated it was a new noise that I was hearing without re-inspection of or listening to the vehicle again * Stated I would have to pay for more services and parts since his original diagnoses did not resolve the issue. He said this without looking or listening to the vehicle again. * Put two gouges into my brand new rim as well as other smaller scratches * Vehicle came back dirtier than when I left it off * He was more interested in his cell phone than listening to the car issues and getting the keys and locking lug nut when dropping it off for repairs * The facility is disorganized and cluttered and the parking area is covered in debris Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. I am completely shocked at the owner/mechanic's lack of professionalism and combative nature. I can't help but think his defensive behavior is due to his untrustworthy workmanship. He was abusive and accusatory. I thought he would simply ask me to bring it in to listen to it or ask me to give it a couple days to let the parts break in. When I told the owner/mechanic that I was going to recommend my dad cancel his upcoming vehicle appointment and write a review of my experience he said, "do what you gotta do". During the one short follow up call I made, he said he was "very busy" and had "work to do" before hanging up (this would have been an even shorter call if he had just told me to bring it in). Clearly, A and S does not care to retain customers for future business. I will never use this facility again and you should not either.

We got a ride to take our groceries home. We called them and specifically asked them not to load the car with out the keys so it could be put in neutral so as not to break the lock pin. We told them we were on our way and would take about 15 min. 7 min later the driver called and said he was there. When we pulled up my car was loaded. The second my husband asked a question the driver refused to tow it. We tried to talk with the owner who is VIOLENT. His group of minions surrounded us. One of the females flinched at me like she was going to hit me. These people are extremely unstable. I would recommend using Highway towing on 116 a mile down the road from these guys. My fiance had a tire blow on the freeway. He called this company requesting a tow and was told they…read morewould arrive in 20-25 minutes. 50 minutes later he called back because the tow truck had yet to show up, and he wanted to know if they were still on their way. He was told that they were already heading towards him. He did not call another tow company because at this point he was told again that the driver was on the way, and he didn't want to have another company show up at the same time. 10 minutes later the driver called to ask his location. This is concerning because the driver should have had the location initially. After the driver got the location he showed up 30 minutes later. My fiance was waiting on the side of i40 for an hour and a half before the driver showed up. This was a complete failure on the company. Whether the driver wasn't dispatched after the initial call, or what the issue was on the company's side, a customer should not be left on the side of the freeway for that long. When I called to let the owner know what had happened and to try to get an explanation as to why it happened, I was spoken to extremely disrespectfully and told "you could've just called someone else" "you're just calling to complain" and other comments along the lines of that. I asked if there was any way we could receive any type of compensation for the wait and I was told, "other companies charge more so why would I refund you?" Which I then explained that telling someone a completely wrong time to expect a driver, not calling to update the customer if there is a delay, and having the customer wait an additional hour from what they expected to wait is not acceptable. The owner then repeated that he will not be giving any type of compensation, told me I just called to complain, and hung up. I understand that my fiance could've called a different company after the wait, but he was trying to give them a chance to complete the job, especially since he was told a driver was already on the way. The whole situation from beginning to end was handled extremely unprofessionally and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. After further investigation, someone who called a different company, as the owner told me I should've done, was charged a cancellation fee. Also, the owner has responded extremely unprofessionally, and in a pompous manner, to other reviewers that had similar issues. This company is just bad news through and through.

If all you need is a tow and you don't mind paying a ridiculous amount, this company may be fine…read more But I would definitely discourage from using them if you need anything else. Customer service is below the most horrible. Our truck was broken into the day after we flew out of abq for thanksgiving week. We had used a park & stay hotel (also would not recommend doing that) and got a call that a window had been broken on our truck. We were out of the country and didn't have any option besides to have the truck towed and stored for the week. My husband made a few calls to try and find someone who would store the vehicle in an indoor space since we had a wide open broken window. J & M said they could do this so we went with them. My husband asked if picking the car up after hours on a Sunday evening would be would possible since that was when our flight arrived and we live 3 hours from the airport and had to be home for work Monday morning. He was told that we just needed to give dispatch a call earlier in the day to arrange the pickup so someone could meet us. So fast forward to Sunday when we are traveling home. My husband calls dispatch a few times and can't get anyone to answer. Finally gets someone on the phone (not who he originally spoke with) and they said no we couldn't pick it up that night. That was annoying, but we couldn't really do much about it and we understood it was maybe not in the norm, although they had said they would when we arranged the tow. So we rented a car at the airport and drove home that night. The next day we have to get our rental car back to the airport so my husband calls J&M to inform them we are heading in from 3 hours away to get our truck. We are told we need to be there by 4:30 or we can't get it. So we make arrangements at work and leave early to go get our truck. We get there to find it has been stored outside in a lot for the week. At this point, my husband is pretty frustrated. He asks to speak to the manager who refuses to even HEAR that someone told us it would be stored inside. Zero conversation or accepting that someone may have misinformed or even that there could have been a miscommunication. He straight said "you're lying" to my husband. Why would we have made that up?? In the end, it cost us $600 to have our car towed 5 miles, stored for 6 nights outside with no window, the additional cost of a rental car, and 6 extra hours of driving. If this company had just been honest and delivered what they promised on the phone, even just the indoor storage, we would have been fine with it all. But two "promises" not kept, a manager that is yelling at my husband that HE is lying about what he was told over the phone, and an astronomical price, I'd take my business anywhere but here.
