Where to even begin! Finding Phillip felt like finding a needle in a haystack. Being an OCD planner, I spoke to multiple realtors and no one was remotely as helpful or responsive as Phillip was from the start. I started working with Phillip 4 months before my actual move (from Miami, FL to San Diego).
