Phillip has represented us 5 different times. The reason we keep putting our faith in him is he has looked after our interests with skill, knowledge, and 100% dedication. Our last transaction (buying and selling) was a thrill ride! He navigated us through concerns from the buyers of the home we were selling, and all other issues associated with buying and selling real estate honestly and with integrity, always looking for the best way through a complex maze of conversations and counters. All the while Phillip kept a steady look out for the home we now live in (our Dream Home, to be perfectly honest.) The market itself provided it's share of challenges. Phillip was steady and undaunted hosting Open Houses for as long as it took, even when foot traffic (due to the strange 2025 housing market) was limited. Phillip clearly and timely provided explanations and information all the way through to the very end. Often, he would take personal time to reach out to connect with us. He even stayed connected with us during some well deserved personal time jogging around Catalina Island to make certain my wife and I were informed and responsive to the demands of being in escrow. Phillip is kind and very professional, with a good sense of humor, and a keen work ethic. We personally recommend his services to any friends who may, or may someday in the future be in need of a solid and honest realtor. Chris & Dena Hause read more

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Phillip Saenkov as my realtor when purchasing a beautiful home in the San Diego area, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Phillip was attentive to every detail and took the time to truly understand my needs and preferences. His dedication to finding the perfect home for me was evident from the very beginning. Phillip went above and beyond, spending countless hours meticulously searching for the best options that matched my vision. His keen eye for detail and deep understanding of the real estate market ensured that every home we viewed was a strong contender. He guided me through the entire process with patience, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping his clients. He is also a strong negotiator who fights for his clients. Phillip not only secured a fair deal on my San Diego home but also helped me negotiate a fair credit from the seller, saving me money and making me feel confident about my investment. From start to finish, Phillip was there to guide me, answer every question, and make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, well-connected, hardworking, and genuinely invested in your success, I highly recommend Phillip Saenkov. We just cannot say enough about Phil. It takes a special person to handle my families crazy antics. This was our second time working with Phil. We purchased a condo 2 years ago in North Park and had a fabulous experience. When we decided it was time to cut ties with our new place and find a new home, it didn't matter how many recommendation we got from other people, Phil was still our guy. We came back to him and have never been disappointed. Selling a home and buying a new one is always a stressful event, but having Phil as our realtor actually made the process go as smoothly as possible. My husband and I have a crazy schedule and Phil was always available to look at the umpteen million homes we threw at him. He gave actual true feelings on places when we were unsure and that is hard to come by. A lot of people will actually just say anything to please you but he was honest. And we appreciate that. We just closed on the sale of our property and are set to close on our new one in just a few short weeks....all with Phil's attention to time and detail we will be getting in a lot sooner than e would have. It is nice to feel like we have a life long friend vs. just a business arrangement. It'll be sad when we don't get to explore fun and crazy properties with him again. Thank you so much Phil you have been an absolute blessing to our family. read more

Phillip Saenkov went ABOVE and BEYOND in handling our La Jolla 1031 sale. If you're considering a RE agent, look no further than Phillip Saenkov. Phillip is a pro in the truest form. His professionalism and attention to detail were always at the forefront of all our transactions. In the last year, we have purchased 1 home in Idaho, sold one home in Fullerton, sold a complex business all while dealing with the death of a family member. Needless to say, by far one of the smoothest transactions was selling our La Jolla rental property in a 1031 exchange transaction with Phillip. He handled all the details, while listening closely to our wants and desires. Because the property was a rental, he also handled all the showings directly with the tenant, which was a huge load off our minds. His expertise about the market steered us in an ideal situation for a profitable sale with three offers when inventory suddenly got below county lows. Phillip's demeanor and professionalism were always respectful, conscientious of our time limits and willing to shift gears for us when needed. This is the ultimate sign of an "others orieinted" and putting the customer first mentality. For these reasons, I would highly recommend Phillip to buy or sell your home or income property in San Diego. read more

We had the pleasure of working with Phil as our real estate agent. The first time we began the house hunting journey started 3 years ago. We searched for a few months. Phil was always very patient and willing to show us properties and to make time out of his busy schedule and being there even at open houses to help us ask the right questions. He is VERY consistent, on time, patient, and ALWAYs has our best interest at heart making sure to point out the things that he didn't feel right for us and didn't try to sell us something that didn't fit. He is very honest and reliable and we love that he is such a trusting realtor. The first time after searching for a few months, we decided to not buy, this second time around, we began the house hunt journey again, Phil never rushed us and was always patiently giving us lots of options to choose from and REALLy listening to things we wanted and didn't want. He showed the same consistency, honesty, patience in helping us. He helped us negotiate price and was always keeping our pocketbooks in mind as we discussed the different technical pieces of the house buying process. We trust Phil whole heartedly and would def recommend him again and again to our friends and family. Someday when we upgrade our home, we WILL def have Phil help us. read more

Where to even begin! Finding Phillip felt like finding a needle in a haystack. Being an OCD planner, I spoke to multiple realtors and no one was remotely as helpful or responsive as Phillip was from the start. I started working with Phillip 4 months before my actual move (from Miami, FL to San Diego). He was so patient with all of my OCD questions, and set me up with easy access to view listings as my apartment search/move date approached. When the time came to view listings, I was flying into San Diego the morning of our appointments. When my flight was 3 hours delayed, not only did Phillip reschedule ALL of our appointments to accommodate but picked me up from the airport so I wouldn't have to worry! Once I chose the listing, Phillip worked diligently to help finalize everything as quickly as possible and made sure that all of my requests were accommodated. All in all, I am beyond thankful to have found Phillip!! He will surely be the name I pass on to any friends/family looking for a new home and will be the only one I call when it comes time to move again. Thank you again Phillip, you are the best!!! read more

Phillip is everything he promised to be when we first met him as we searched for a realtor. He was in constant communication with us, responding to emails and phone calls very quickly - always the same day. He gave us lots of relevant information as we began our search for a rental property and was available to visit Open Houses with us based on our schedules. He is very knowledgable about the San Diego real estate market and worked hard to be sure we were getting what we wanted. He easily switched gears when we decided to look for a condo instead of a house, again giving us several choices and helping us to make a smart decision by providing a thorough analysis of the pros and cons of purchasing different properties. He was also very helpful as we went through the escrow process, helping us to make sense of everything we were expected to do. We would definitely use Phillip as our realtor in the future, and would recommend him to family and friends. read more

I rated Phillip's services five stars because he did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Phillip as he is resourceful, honest, responsible, and effectively handles difficult situations. Where to start! I've known Phillip personally for a few years and choosing him as my agent when deciding to sell my Pacific Beach townhouse was a no-brainer. I was blown away by his professionalism, his knowledge, and his ability to make things happen effectively and efficiently. From bringing in the right pros to install carpet and paint, to having the home staged beautifully, to dealing with needs and demands of the buyer - Phil made everything as easy as possible on me. The home looked beautiful and sold for a record setting price within days of being listed. Phillip has successfully handled the sale of my condo in UTC. Phillip was great to work with as he has a lot of industry knowledge and kept me informed during the whole selling process. Almost on a daily basis he would let me know the status of buyers seeing the home. I wouldn't ever consider buying or selling a home with anyone else in the greater San Diego county area. Our expectations were always exceeded and our needs always anticipated. Most impressive to us was the level of professionalism, personal touch and excellent communication that we received from the very beginning of our home sale process and all the way until the very end. I would highly recommend Phillip as a Real Estate professional for all your Real Estate needs. Thank you and have a great day. read more

This was my second time using Phil, he had helped me buy my first condo a little over two years ago. When I decided I was ready for a bigger place I reached out to Phil. Selling and buying a new place is tricky and can be very stressful. Fortunately, I had Phil to guide me through the process and man did he deliver. Phil proposed an excellent sale strategy that resulted in multiple offers within the first 48-hours. Not only did we successfully close on my new property with a sale contingency attached, we sold my previous property for $6K over our asking price. Even after we closed, after we moved, Phil stood by to make sure everything was satisfactory. Bottom-line, if you're looking for a dependable, experienced agent, Phil's your guy! read more

Phillip helped me sell my condo in Clairemont, San Diego. He is very knowledgeable about property market especially in the San Diego, CA area. He did his research and explained to me the current market at the time of selling my condo. Phillip was always available to answer my questions and to explain anything that I wasn't sure about. He is very responsive, and while presenting me with all the factual data, he's never pushy and allowed me to make my own educated decision. When we decided to sell our house in Scripps Ranch, the choice of a listing agent was easy. This is the third time we have worked with Phillip. We have admired his professionalism, attention to detail, excellent communication skills. All of these traits have allowed us to get top dollar for our properties. His advice on how to maneuver what, ultimately, has, increasingly, become a complicated transaction has been invaluable. Phillip is very accurate in analyzing the market and assembling a sales strategy. He looks at all possibilities and comes up with the right plan. He is the right guy who handled my vacant land sale in a very dynamic market. I am very impressed with his marketing strategy and always being available on the phone. Philip came to our first meeting with pen and pad taking notes as I expressed my needs and expectations. He had extensive knowledge of my condo building. Through his research he found that I had deeded property that I was not aware of, which added to the value of my condo. That was the beginning of his dedication and his commitment. His efforts to sell my condo continued in a professional, efficient and pleasant manner. Philip was sincere and self-motivated and I would highly recommend his services-you'll love him! read more
