He would give me 10% off 20.00 piece that he is charging $254.00 on. Then he proceeded to be very unprofessional and curse at me and tell me I'm a horrible person for being pissed off at his price gouging. This company is everything that is wrong with American today. Also, quoted price may not match invoice - get everything in writing. We now have two septics installed by these folks . The first one nine months ago for our barn/workshop. That system was easy to schedule, affidavit was provided promptly, and seems to be working fine. Had a second septic installed last week for our new home build which is an 'overground' system, per county requirement. Again, easy to schedule, they showed up on time and septic was installed.. However invoice was higher than initial quote, and getting the affidavit was a nightmare. Additionally, they left a dirt mess for us to deal with. Next day I sent him a text asking about the affidavit. He replied that he was out of town and said would send affidavit upon return the next evening.. However that next evening came and went with no affidavit. The following day I again texted for affidavit status as we need this for final approval of septic so we can get power connected to house. No response. Sent another text the next day asking if I needed to issue stop payment on check to get him to send the affidavit which resulted in him responding with threatening texts. Not knowing what else to do, I sent an e-mail cc'ing county septic inspector advising I would stop payment on his check and report him to State/County if affidavit was not sent by next morning. Believe me when I say I HATE having to resort to such measures but he left me no choice. I also take no pleasure in leaving bad reviews . But I rely heavily on other customer reviews when selecting people/places to do business with. So if you use these folks, be ready.

He called me this morning and suggested that I was 100+ days late on a $127 payment. He neglected to look at my account or he would have seen that I am on a 6-month payment plan that they arranged with me and that I have faithfully paid on time. Mistakes happen and that's fine, but David the owner refused to acknowledge his mistake and kept restating that the payment was "1/2 a year late" and acting like the payment plan that his business offered was some sort of charity instead of a business tool. He kept talking over me and seemed really unable to grasp why someone who had been paying their bill on time would be annoyed to get an abrasive collection call. He ultimately hung up on me.
