The need to pay a deposit within an hour was not disclosed to me at the time of booking. I didn't see the text asking for deposit, which came after the text confirmation of the appt - as I was in a meeting. The original appointment time is no longer available. The complete lack of effort to reach out if a deposit is needed before giving away a confirmed appointment time is concerning. I wouldn't trust this location, as the communication and professionalism is poor from the outset. I don't feel like they would take the time or effort to ensure their staff is trained properly to do any other services.

Because of this situation, the worker keeps contacting me asking about his money, which should have been handled by the employer directly. This is extremely unprofessional and unfair to people who honestly do their work and expect to be paid for it. Employers must take responsibility and respect the agreements they make with workers. I strongly hope the company resolves this issue and pays what is owed.
