There is parking on the back, paid by meter. Super cute decor, very nice vibe and inviting. The place has three offices where they service the clients. Everything is super clean and hygenic. I chose this place since the Sugar Wax used here is super natural made with three ingredients. Very professional, Airiana was our aesthetician and she walked us thru all the steps and my daughter felt comfortable with the procedure since she was doing the bikini area. Appointment lasted around 20 min. I would highly recommend this place for your waxing needs.

Because she is so amazing, I've always rebooked with Melodie and have been hesitant to try anyone else. Because hey! - why change a good thing?! Well, life happens and I wasn't able to see Melodie due to a lack of anvailability (she books pretty fast) and she recommended any of the other sugarists on staff. She was confident in their ability to provide a good experience. So, I booked with Jackie. Can I just say that Jackie is incredible?! Put me at ease, very chill vibes, and fast and efficient. Super great experience and I would happily see her again. And I have. And I will again. The Sugar Room is amazing! It's a cozy, safe space for women to come for sugaring and I highly recommend it!

She's the ONLY person I can vouch for at European Wax Center. She's thorough, quick, knows exactly what she's doing, and somehow I'm not dying in pain. She's also the sweetest and has basically become a friend. We spend my appointments chatting about life, my son, podcasts, crime dramas, and everything else. She's even amazing with my toddler when I occasionally have to bring him. The center itself is always clean, the receptionists are friendly, and online booking is super easy. I buy the Wax Pass every year because it's definitely worth it. The shopping center has tons to do, playground, TJ Maxx, koi and turtle pond, açaí bowls, dumplings, 5 below, so we can make a morning out of it. Only downside: parking is literally a b*tc#. Otherwise, Erika is my girl and I'm not letting anyone else wax me!

My lashes look longer, and perfectly curled from the root, almost like I was wearing mascara--but completely natural. The lift instantly made my eyes look brighter and more open, and I honestly didn't realize how much of a difference it could make until I saw the results. My husband recently had his skin tags removed at Luxe and Leaf. It was an easy and simple process. It's been a couple of weeks since the removal, and the results are great. Azure is one of those rare people who is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in, took the time to assess my skin, and explained everything she was doing throughout the treatment. My skin looks brilliant, radiant, refreshed, and healthier than it has in a long time (early 40s takes its toll!) One of the biggest wins was that she was able to remove a ton of stubborn blackheads that had been bothering me, and my skin feels so much smoother because of it. She also gave me thoughtful, personalized recommendations for my skincare routine going forward without ever making me feel pressured to buy products. The space itself is clean, modern, calming, and with a beautiful view overlooking Balboa Park, which made the entire experience feel even more relaxing. If you're looking for an esthetician who is knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and delivers amazing results, I highly recommend booking with Azure. I'll absolutely be back and will be recommending her to my friends and family!
