My dental crown came out flossing that was part of a 17 year plus dental implant. I was scared as I'm waiting for hip replacement surgery and feared if the gum area was infected it could delay my surgery. I left an urgent message Wednesday 2-4-2026 about 8pm. At 7:50 am Thursday 2-5-2026, I received a call asking if I could come right in. I did and Dr. Riordan was able to use adhesive to restore the crown to the implant. The whole team was compassionate and reassuring and I didn't require antibiotics. The cost was surprisingly reasonable as always. The Denzler Dental group, Dr. Denzler, Dr. Riordan, the dental techs doing the cleaning never try and use high pressure tactics to upsell services. The prices are reasonable. The staff here are super friendly very efficient very helpful. This is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere very clean Exam room. I have been to this establishment about four times so far and my mouthguard came in within three weeks and they showed me how to use it. This is definitely a better alternative than having to wear the sleep mask which I tried several different ones and didn't help. The mouthguard is definitely a lifesaver you're having to wear that mask and my sleep quality is getting a little bit better everybody at this location were super helpful. Told me how to clean the mouthguard how to keep it when you're not using it and make it last. This is definitely agree to establishment. I'm not sure what insurance as they take. I know they don't take all insurances. They have certain ones that they do take you would probably have to call to find out which ones they accept and which ones they do not accept Everybody. A treatment plan involving extraction and root canal was presented quite quickly, which felt like it was already decided without enough discussion of alternatives. In addition, the cleaning felt incomplete, as it seemed mostly focused on the front teeth while the back molars were barely addressed. Overall, I did not feel the care was comprehensive, transparent, or patient-centered, and I would not feel comfortable returning.

This office does not do extractions and are constantly referring me to more distant offices out of my area to perform this service that I have repeatedly told them I am not interested in doing. My refusal has since resulted in her having refused me any future services from this office for challenging her recommendations. I highly do not recommend this particular dentist. Dr Kim in the same office is fine for basic dental care. Dr Lee, visiting Periodontist, is ok, but is only available 1- Friday every 2-3 months. This office only performs "basic dental care" on a regular basis.

However, after the procedure began, I was informed that the price would be higher than what I was quoted. After a difficult conversation where I insisted I was misquoted, they only agreed to take off $100. The veneer itself was not well-done; it bubbled out and had a gap. Though I intended to follow up, a family tragedy and personal difficulties made it impossible at the time. After finally making time to deal with a new issue involving a molar, I returned a year later. I was greeted by a kind and professional woman for my x-rays, which was the only positive part of the visit. The dentist's demeanor, however, was hostile and dismissive from the start. When I raised my long-standing concerns about the ill-fitting veneer, he immediately shut me down and was very unhelpful. The visit devolved into a high-pressure sales tactic. While I was still in the chair, two staff members began a bizarre, aggressive up-sell. One implied I needed an expensive deep cleaning based on gum measurements that hadn't even been taken. The other reviewed a quote for nearly $8,000 for a bone graft and other procedures. The experience felt like a sleazy car lot. I immediately stopped the process and asked for the x-rays I had just paid for. The front desk staff then tried to charge me an additional $150 to get a copy (or access to) of my own x-rays. This was the final straw. I left and will never return. This practice lacks basic patient care and professionalism and is clearly only interested in up-selling expensive procedures. Who wants to have a dentist that doesn't stand by his or her work? Avoid this place at all costs. I was initially put off, because they did not know me, and treated me like I was a stranger. However, all of my recent contact with them have been very positive. Again, they are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Allen still provides excellent, excellent care, and all of his assistants are absolutely A1.

I had two fillings and a crown done, and the experience was extremely painful. Despite receiving multiple injections, I was never properly numbed. The procedures took far longer than expected and were very uncomfortable throughout. When I returned to have the permanent crown placed, I was left sitting alone in the room for over an hour before anyone even started. Three months later, the tooth with the crown still hurts, and my gums are bleeding around it. When I called the office to have it checked, I was told I would have to pay an exam fee just to have their work looked at. That tells me they don't stand behind the quality of the care they provide. Overall, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this practice.
