We called Steve telling him there is a problem ,a bad problem of sewer gas through the whole house . he told us he could not come for at least 2 to 3 days. We said it was emergency that they needed it looked into. He would not come. We had to pay another plumber to come who came immediately. Could not figure out that there was anything with the drain field or anything wrong. We had to get a smoke test done and pay for that. It ended up being his grinder pump that he did Not seal down.
